I have been to Subway in many different cities. I found the people to work here to be obnoxious and untrained. Some girl tried to charge me for extra avocado. She didn’t have the avocado paste like they have another Nevada subways. It seem to be this place was very lacking.

Had a bad experience with service and food was sloppy

Had the worst possible experience person could have going into a service based business. We were treated like Minorities from the 1950s and 60s. Proceeded to a Sandwich and the meat person wanted to know what veggies i wanted. While the veggy guy was standing right there. She wanted to know so she could write it down and give it to him. She gives it to him. He dumps a hand full of lettuce on it after I told her just a pinch of lettuce. Then I told the guy just a pinch not a handfull. So then he starts to put more on there. The check out clerk was trying to get my attention so I could pay while im waiting for the veggy guy cause I wanted the sandwich cut and wrapped seperately. I asked her to wait a second and she was like. We have to go I have to ring your order up. There was no one behind me and my son in line. Then she asked if that was all I wanted. I said no as someone else was with me. Then she asked me what he wanted for drinks and chips. I said again you will have to wait and ask him. He wasnt even to the point of getting his veggies. She said again she needed to know so she could ring it up. I said please wait. Then this highschooler coped an attitude blaming me for their staffing not being able to pay attention, have patience, or slow down and wait for the customers to move thru the line.
We left without food as I told them what horrible attitudes they had and for being impatient as there was no one else in line. She said she was doing her job. Didnt know doing there job was to be pushy, inconsiderate, unpleasant, and impatient. Recommend never going there again. The owner needs to look into his staff training on friendliness as it is a "SERVICE" based business.

My sandwich designer was amazing at making my wrap. Even helped me make my final decision to which one I should try first. Very friendly, chatty, and had an amazing personality. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

There have been multiple occasions where we used the convenient drive thru, but then waited at least 15 minutes to get helped. We have had to go inside to ask if anyone was going to help us as well. Whats the point of the drive thru if you arent going to pay attention to it?! Also this specific subway needs to learn how to spread the sandwich out evenly. I dont want to take a bite for just lettuce and mayo one time then the next is a mouthful of meat and cheese.. your job is to make sandwiches and you can barely do that.

They don't pay attention to mobile orders. Waited 20 minutes past pick-up time for my sandwich. The sandwich was delicious

I went in to get a spicy Italian and they couldn't figure out how to make it even though it's on the menu. Than proceeded to put the toppings on in a fashion that made the sub extremely messy compared to normal subways that I have been to. I had a specific way I wanted things put on but they didn't even ask.
