This place was not on our list as we passed through Watertown but it quickly became the only place we plan to stop back the next time through. First the staff and owner were EXTREMELY generous and friendly… then the beer….these people are Mad Scientists!!!! Absolutely some of the best original tastes you will ever find both food and drink! What the hell is a Mead??? Oh, it’s quickly your new favorite!! And the Shandy??? Just the best one we have ever had!!! The Stoudt/coffee beer…. while never on our list was ABSOLUTELY on the short list!! Incredible gem that deserves your business! This is how they ALL should be!! What a great place! Can’t wait to go back!

This place was a perfect afternoon spot. Craft beer locally made is always my favorite thing to do when traveling to different cities. I got a flight (IPA, Stout, Hefe, & "Smoke" ( ugh, I can't remember) and shared a basket of parm fries. The craft selection was a really good variety. I would love to recommend a particular one, but not all beer lovers are created equal and honestly I loved all of my choices. My friend really enjoyed the Mead option. She isn't big on heavy/hoppy beers so to have lighter option (flavored with peach) really made her happy. I like going to places where the owners/brew masters/ beer-tenders talk to you. Listening to Mike & Don share their stories and knowledge was refreshing. I got a couple of small extra tastings, along with a mini tour of the tanks & operation. If I'm ever in Watertown again, I will definitely stop by. Go for the beer, stay for the conversation!

As I don’t drink, I never thought to try this place until a friend mentioned it to me. The food is incredible; all handmade and high quality. Both times we’ve been here the service has been great also.

I have a flavored mead and it was excellent. Wait staff was super nice and personable. That was all the pros we could find. Food was greasy. Even the toast was greasy. Not much for seasoning on burger or chislic. Good place for drinks but not coming back for food.

I enjoyed their mead and gluten-free options.

Pulled pork sandwich was okay. Onion rings were alright. Took 25 minutes to get my food. I realize this is a brewery. Selling beers is first, but to fry some o-rings and slap some smoked pork on a bun should not take that long. It was a Thursday night where downtown is busy but I was a later patron in round 8pm when kitchen closes at 9. Two wait staff. One behind bar. Owners/operators selling grilled goods down the street for event. They need to focus on quality. Seems like they are in a cruise mode and are relaxed and happy with the status quo.

Enjoyed our $10 flight of 4 tasters. Decided to have 2 orders $5 bacon wrapped pork loin special and specifically asked if we could add a couple of SIDES to the order. Looking at the SIDES on the back side of the menu and pointing to it. Was told YES absolutely. Got 6 pcs “house made tots” which were a bit undercooked, and a surprisingly large basket of thin cut fries that were a good bit over salted. Both items were listed on the sides menu for $2. Expected a bill in the vicinity of $24, but instead it was almost $36. I asked for a break down of the charges, and the tots were $10, the fries $5. As I was trying to wipe the salt off the fries, I kept thinking it’s a large portion for $2 and kept eating. Had I known how much we were going to pay for either of these items I would have sent them both back to be remade. When I questioned our server about the prices she told me the price is listed on the menu were an up charge if you ordered a basket because the baskets don’t come with fries. I did not see a separate charge for sides if you didn’t order a basket. Be sure to check your bill and be sure to ask about the prices listed on the menu if you’re going to order anything on the backside of the menu. Bait and switch if I’ve ever seen it.

Would rate a zero if possible. Besides poor quality beer, which I understand is subjective, their "house made tots" were undercooked inside and disgusting and six little tots cost $10, even though they are listed on the sides menu at just $2. Fries were over salted to point of nearly inedible and also got charged higher than listed on the menu. The staff was not communicative about these 'surcharges' as they called them and unwilling to deal with our concerns when the check came. Sad to say the entire experience was unappealing and overly expensive $36 for two sides and a flight of four four ounce pours. Save yourself the headache. Give this brewery a pass.

I just want to give a huge shout out to WBC!! They hosted our son’s confirmation (4/27) and the food (pulled pork, the awesome tots, apps and salads) were great!! Service and pricing were more than we could have asked for!! Thanks Don and crew!!! Michael and Don were easy to work with in helping me get it all set up!! Thank you!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In from out of town, thought I'd be in for a beer and a bite. Stayed for over 2 hours. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Brewer was very knowledgeable and passionate. Food and beer were excellent. Would recommend.
