Watertown Brewing Company is hands down one of the best restaurants in Watertown. And the best craft beer in Watertown hands down. Great service. Great atmosphere and cool place. Food is top notch. And they always run great weekly food specials. Anything on their menu is great. Mike and Shawn are doing a great job with the food. And Mike is doing good with brewing good beer. Highly recommend WBC to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Great atmosphere, great food, great beer! They will not disappoint. A favorite place to go.
WBC provides a wonderful sit down environment. The gal running the bar was super friendly, quick to help the customers and the food was 10/10. Stopped over my lunch break and was in and out no problem. Between my husband and I we had one appetizer plus two entrees and one pop. It was around $50 not bad and the experience was great! Looking forward to making this a regular spot for our dates.
Went for lunch with 3 other ladies. One of us ordered cheese curds that did not get eaten, tasted old. I ordered a Philly sandwich, no peppers no onion no cheese and the meat was very dry no sauce on it at all. It was so loud in there we could not visit. Not sure I will go back.
Our favorite place for date night and to suggest to people visiting. Beer is always good, mead is excellent. Food can sometimes be hit or miss but there are great options! We LOVE the spent grain pizzas and burgers. Wednesdays they have live music!
This place was not on our list as we passed through Watertown but it quickly became the only place we plan to stop back the next time through. First the staff and owner were EXTREMELY generous and friendly… then the beer….these people are Mad Scientists!!!! Absolutely some of the best original tastes you will ever find both food and drink! What the hell is a Mead??? Oh, it’s quickly your new favorite!! And the Shandy??? Just the best one we have ever had!!! The Stoudt/coffee beer…. while never on our list was ABSOLUTELY on the short list!! Incredible gem that deserves your business! This is how they ALL should be!! What a great place! Can’t wait to go back!
Great friendly service! Had a good visit with the owner and learned a lot about the brewery! Beer was fantastic.
This place was a perfect afternoon spot. Craft beer locally made is always my favorite thing to do when traveling to different cities. I got a flight (IPA, Stout, Hefe, & "Smoke" ( ugh, I can't remember) and shared a basket of parm fries. The craft selection was a really good variety. I would love to recommend a particular one, but not all beer lovers are created equal and honestly I loved all of my choices. My friend really enjoyed the Mead option. She isn't big on heavy/hoppy beers so to have lighter option (flavored with peach) really made her happy. I like going to places where the owners/brew masters/ beer-tenders talk to you. Listening to Mike & Don share their stories and knowledge was refreshing. I got a couple of small extra tastings, along with a mini tour of the tanks & operation. If I'm ever in Watertown again, I will definitely stop by. Go for the beer, stay for the conversation!
Oh wow , fantastic beer and good food to boot . I was totally surprised how good the beer is . Authentic German style beer. Definitely worth a visit

As I don’t drink, I never thought to try this place until a friend mentioned it to me. The food is incredible; all handmade and high quality. Both times we’ve been here the service has been great also.
Nice folk, cold refreshing beers
I have a flavored mead and it was excellent. Wait staff was super nice and personable. That was all the pros we could find. Food was greasy. Even the toast was greasy. Not much for seasoning on burger or chislic. Good place for drinks but not coming back for food.
I enjoyed their mead and gluten-free options.
Pulled pork sandwich was okay. Onion rings were alright. Took 25 minutes to get my food. I realize this is a brewery. Selling beers is first, but to fry some o-rings and slap some smoked pork on a bun should not take that long. It was a Thursday night where downtown is busy but I was a later patron in round 8pm when kitchen closes at 9. Two wait staff. One behind bar. Owners/operators selling grilled goods down the street for event. They need to focus on quality. Seems like they are in a cruise mode and are relaxed and happy with the status quo.
