Came to the steakhouse at 5pm on Saturday before it got busy. We got a brand new waitress that did not have another trained employee with her to help her and it did not go well to say the least. Our food took almost an hour to get . When we checked out both people at the register weren't sure of how to do this either. This is not the first-time this has happened. You are quite a distance from Sioux Falls to have this lack of service happening. I have owned several businesses and know good help is extremely hard to find but if you don't know about the problem it's pretty hard to fix it. Stan Lorenz Lake Norden

We had the best dinner service. Chef will work with accommodations and offers gluten free options. Never had any allergy reactions. Amazing food and good waiter service. Definitely recommend to check this out if haven’t yet.

We had the best dinner & service tonight! Our server, Drew, was extremely personable and made my rag tag bunch feel right at home. The chef was extremely accommodating to my dietary restrictions and executed everything perfectly. The house cut fries are a must and each cut of steak at our table was so tender and flavorful. 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to return.

We had my husband's birthday party here. AMAZING food! Excellent all around!! Service was super! Loved our time here. Try the rub eye or walleye. The Otis Shrimp are great with the rib eye!!! Thanks for a memorable time!

Food and service is good. We usually go about twice a month depending on his weekend menu. I wish he had more steak options like a 8oz steak. I can't eat those jumbo steaks like my husband can. He needs more options for the Queens/Ladies. Also different pasta options not a fan of Alfredo. I always end up ordering a burger or sandwich.

I understand the building is used for weddings and such but during normal dining it's really loud (otherwise beautiful building)Would like to see something that helps with bringing noise down. Our waitress was running her tail off and still was pleasant and kept checking on us. Great job there. We quite enjoyed our meals. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I'd like to see a few more options for sides.
