Listen if you don’t stop here, then you are missing out on a great gem. Small town cafe with above parr food, homemade pies and desserts. I think I read on the menu that the bread is homemade as well.
I had the walleye sandwich. It was light and airy yet very meaty. The bread was soft, buttery and perfectly done.
I also had the upside down rhubarb cake, yummy!
The servers were friendly, and did their jobs better than a lot of servers I’ve known.

Our waitress Nora's service matched the food.
Asked a local where to get a good lunch and it was immediately recommended as best place to go for a good choice of food.
Very reasonable price for salad bar with a delicious soup. And everything in salad bar was fresh made and delicious. Soup was tops!
My 2 fishing partners loved their meals equally as much.
