I live right across the street from this franchise, have been for over five years now, and I've visited this location a total of six times.
Why only six? Because from my first visit I've never received the type of service and hospitality most would expect from Subway, the type of service and hospitality that Subway expects from it's Sandwich Artists. I've been yelled at, I've been ignored, I've been encouraged to use the drive-thru rather than walk in (by the same SA that yelled at me, the one I sent a complaint to Subway about), and have generally been treated like a second-class bothersome customer since my complaint to Subway Corp. about being yelled at.
Day-before-yesterday was the last straw though. I tried to order online at about 7:45PM, it wouldn't take my order. I walked across the street, was the only person waiting to order (just one other couple in the store eating), and was, again, ignored . I had to instigate the order (the two SA's actually stood there and wouldn't even look me in the eyes until I spoke up). The only thing I was asked was what kind of bread and cheese I wanted. No offer of a footlong. No offer of toasting. No offer of a meal. When I asked about the online ordering not operating the only response I got was "I don't have anything to do with that!" And, not surprisingly, no "Thank You" when I was leaving.
Look, without trying to sound like a "Kevin", the type of service this franchise has to offer cannot be the same service I was trained to give when I first started my employment with Subway in the early '80's, nor the type of training I provided in my years of managing Subway franchises.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes and not even a “we’ll be right with you”. NO GREETING AT ALL! And when they finally raised their heads up from making an online order, he didn’t even ask if he could help me. Just stared at me! WTH?!?! When I finally did get my food and paid for it. All that was said was “anything else?” if you’re having a bad day definitely don’t go here.

Extremely rude! Ordered online. We went to pick up and this lady threw my order at me through the drive through window and slammed it shut. I don’t care how busy you are. There’s no excuse for that. And they want you to tip online - Smh ?♀️ poor customer service!!

Always have great service. Food is always delicious. Store is always clean.
First of all I want to say. The food was excellent. The restaurant is a combination of classic Subway and a Pizza/Pasta place. I loved the additional choices of the pasta!The first time I went there, the woman taking the order, an older woman who appeared to have been working there awhile and training in another person. She was in a very mean disposition. The tone and manner that she took my order was rude. I clearly asked for the pasta with one additional side on the order. It was like she was argueing with me over what menu item I choose. She finally began to make the oder but stopped to reprimand the trainee during the middle of the order. This was unprofessional in so many ways. If she trains all the other employees this was, no wonder they can't keep employees. Eventually she got the order done and never at any point offered a smile or kind word. I felt like an inconvenience.I stopped by again about a week later. The trainee was making the dishes this time and the woman was cashiering. Once again she chastised and reprimanded the other employee. Totally degraded her. After that display of un professionalism for a second time. It doesn't matter how good the food is, I will not return there.
The BLT sub is the best!! I’m a veggie lover so this place is one of my favorites. Quick service and friendly workers. Limited seating due to Covid.
So my favorite girl in the world wanted sweet onion sauce with our food order!! they were out!!!! Why Winner subway why?
