Drive up window. The worker was curt, sharp, and pushy. Was not busy. No one behind us. Made a big deal repeating numerous times Arby Sauce or Hickory BBQ!!! Horsey Sauce??? The order was messed up. There were no packets of sauce whatsoever! I have always been to Arby's elsewhere and the service was impeccable. Not here not this day. Sadly I will not return. I'll go if I am in Sioux Falls!!

I have been to this arbys several times and food has been not so good. Small portions and not receiving what I ordered. Haven't been there since 2024. I went today and it was great! Food was fresh and sandwiches were as advertised. Exactly what I paid for. I spoke with the manager and he knew my order even though it was an hour later. Great guy and he should be recognized as well as his team! I will come back as long as he is there. Thanks

Pretty sure Erron was working the window he made a late night adventure to Arby’s something to remember and he did not steer us wrong the burger was delicious 😋 Erron was very kind and probably needs a 20 dollar raise😊

Jim had terrible customer service and made me feel very unwelcome. All I wanted was a roast beef sandwich. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there and they were all rolling their eyes. I’m very disappointed.

I came through the drive through and ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady says if you make a donation, you get a coupon for a free sandwich so I tell her to round it to the nearest dollar. I was told it would be a minute and 5 minutes later, a guy with a bad attitude pretty much throws my bag at me and I was thinking, ok, I must be done. I drive off and look in the bag for the coupon, ther is no coupon. I'm irritated so I get home and pull the sandwiches out. I am shocked because I ordered 2 sandwiches that were almost $8 each and there is hardly any meat in them. I put it on my scale to see how much it weighed. 😡 not a qtr lb sandwich like it advertised i was honked off and I'm not going back for obvious reasons.

I do love this Arbys, I just had a wrong sandwich from the drive through yesterday. I talked to the manager Jim and they were able to get me my sandwich today. Of course I bought a side and drink to go with it because YUM! 😃

Usually everyone there is nice/ friendly. Food is fast food, but fairly good. It's nice they have Gyro's and wraps for a bit more of a healthy choice. It's never too busy and kept fairly clean.

Love their Greek gyro! The lemonade and turkey sandwich combos. Quick service. Friendly. We prefer here over any other place for lunch almost daily.
The food was good but the lady at the window( River) was super rude ripped my card from my hand shoved my card at me and then practically threw my food at me
