Normally I enjoy the burritos when the ingredients are fresh, but lately the rice has been crunchy and the meat has been old. I am writing this review because I reached out to the company about mold in my limes and I never received a response. I’m not sure how much I trust their ingredients now if the limes were sitting out long enough to grow mold.

We used Big River Burrito to cater our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Outstanding experience. Paul was very responsive and easy to work with. The set up was completed seamlessly and the food line was organized in way that made sense. Our guests made their nachos, burritos, burrito bowls etc. with a variety of proteins, vegetables, and fixins. Most importantly the food was delicious and there was lots of it! 10/10! Thank you Big River Burrito for helping to make a very special time for our family so nice.

The food was great, me and my husband were pleased. The only thing that ruined our appetite was the state of the place. Every single table was dirty, including amounts of food on the floor. We were the only people there our entire meal. The two teenagers in the back were messing around and goofing off which of course work is supposed to be fun, but make sure the restaurant isn't filthy.

I came here to get a burrito of course. It was about 6:45 pm. The two girls that were working had been very polite and apologetic only because they did not have food to make a burrito. They look like they can’t cook yet so what is going on? I am very upset that there was no food. Who runs a restaurant and doesn’t have the food? Ridiculous. I will be calling to complain.

Rice gets kinda hard bits sometimes, and the steak usually isn't warm. It always tastes real good, though.

The last 2 times we went, the workers were downright rude. Tried to reach out to the manager, but someone else who was working messaged us with nasty and rude comments. Will never go

Great burrito. Get at least the medium heat in everything. Could be priced about $2-4 cheaper and this place would be packed.

Over priced taco bell/dell taco. A subway version of a taco shop. If you order a taco, they walk down the line and add what you want, same for the rest of the food. If you like a unique salsa or hot sauce, forget it. Its all store bought stuff. Not a fan of this place at all. Neither will you if you want authentic Mexican. On the plus side the tacos were edible. However, looking at the reviews it looks like they a good job on the bowls. If you want a good old fashioned carne asada burrito and some street tacos, the only place you'll find close by is Chapparos.
