So just dont understand why you would pull a person forward when all we ordered were concrete mixers. On top of staring at the runza sign clock for over 10 mins the employee bringing our order out walked straight by our vehicle without even glancing at us and around the corner to a vehicle where another employee was delivering an order and tried to give them our order also before I came around and asked if it was ours. Problem solved right? Wrong!!!! All 5 of our concrete mixers were malts now and my spoon was now basically useless, and of course no straws, or even a napkin for this mess. Moral of story don't go for ice cream on Father's Day maybe to much to ask!

Good food but waited almost 40 minutes in line. There were a bunch of teenagers girls working who got the order wrong and were just standing and talking to each other. At the window one of the girls gave us a drink and then said “are you gonna pay”. Pretty disappointing bc Culvers is my favorite

I took my family to the Culver’s in Yankton. The sourdough melt was VERY small. A disappointment at best. After our meal we went back to the counter and ordered two concrete mixers and a shake. Just these were almost $20 but okay! We stood there with a number for the order for nearly a half hour waiting for them to call our number or bring them out or something. I finally went back to the counter to ask about them and they had been made and were sitting on their back counter melting into slop. They were absolutely disgusting! My kids were disappointed but took them anyway and no one offered to make it right, even after I said something to them about them being gross and melted. I had waited long enough, but they knew I was very unhappy. The custard didn’t even taste good. The counter person named Oliver (couldn’t tell if it was a male or female) struggled to get the orders right for nearly everyone they helped. They kept having to ask for help so I wonder if that individual should have been on a register. Well I guess it doesn’t matter because I will not go back. Hope others have a better experience than we had.

I get it you should be able to have fun at your job but the teenagers working seemed immature and not focused. Mistakes were made on our order and people were coming in with mistakes that were made in the drive thru also. Usually love Culver's but just didn’t have the best experience here unfortunately.

I always order a cod sandwich. This time we ordered a cod dinner. The cod was absolutely horrible. The breading on sandwiches is light and tasty. The cod in the dinner was very heavily breaded and not good at all. I’ll never order the dinner again. The coleslaw was good.

Ordered Culver’s deluxe double and pretzel bites received both burnt. The double was burnt though out completely. Quality of food has been better maybe just not caring anymore.
