I get it you should be able to have fun at your job but the teenagers working seemed immature and not focused. Mistakes were made on our order and people were coming in with mistakes that were made in the drive thru also. Usually love Culver's but just didn’t have the best experience here unfortunately.

Great menu, clean bean restaurant, quality foods, great burgers, and cheese capers! Five stars, always a hit with your passengers!

Had a meal last night, about 6 pm. Store was not busy. Staff was friendly, quick. When our meals arrived, I expected to have a delicious burger but instead had a flat, dark, tough and cold burger. The onion rings were excellent, but burger tasted like it was cooked earlier, put in frig and reheated. Needless to say, no visits from us in near future. So disappointed as the burgers are usually wonderful. I forgot my receipt so I couldn't use the survey provided.
