The people who work at this, Dairy Queen, make it phenomenal. Despite Dairy Queen, discontinuing the s’more shake, The staff here go above and beyond by using their cool treat expertise to concoct them from scratch.

I ordered cones in a cup for my kids and 2 of them. Had long hairs in them I would appreciate better management making better descions on who they hair that was disgusting

What happened to this DQ?

Took 10 minutes to even begin our order, a simple order as 3 ice cream and we can't even comprehend? Proceed to wait 15 minutes as the people in front of us had to walk up and ask about their to go order🤨😮 the lady threw the receipt in the trash as all the stuff is sitting there waiting to be served 🤨 processed to wait for my ice cream … walked out without ice cream.

This is the first time I been to this DQ . Sure is different than other DQ.
First we waited someone to saw us and ask “what you wanted? “ What we wanted?! Besides saying thank you for coming to DQ the staff straight asked us “ what you want?” I should have said, can I see your manager!
Then we holding the number tag 63 for more than 5 minutes and nothing happened!!!!
We asked the staff again where was our “ banana split “!? Then they showed us a melting banana split to us!
This store has more staff than the customers but still with a bad to worst service!
May be better just buy an ice cream from supermarket and back home!

This store was so dirty. Shoes stick to the floor crumbs under almost every table. Soda station sticky and dirty. It is not busy in here at all and the employees are making noises and standing around when they could be cleaning.

Went to the door at 9:49pm, and they locked the doors on me. I had a mobile order already placed, and I tried to go through drive through when they turned off the lights. Haven't received a refund either. I can't say I'll Ever order DQ again.

The person taking orders tonight at about 9:00pm with glasses and curly hair in a pony tail threw my receipt at me. It was very rude and I did not appreciate it.
