Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We get there not really busy 1-3 cars in drive through and 2 door dashes waiting inside. We waited for about 10 minutes just for our order to be taken, the lady just sat there and kept looking at us. Then proceeded to walk up to us and say “ugh no one told me you were here” in the rudest way possible the also rolled her eyes at us like we did something wrong. Me and my 2 friends just sat there waiting for them to come to us didn't say anything to them because we obviously saw that they were picking and getting busy. But she also sat there and looked at us and didn't say ok please wait a second or anything which made us pretty mad. We didn’t order much just got 2 small blizzards 1 large one and a large fry. I got mine within 5 minutes my friends on the other hand had to wait 25 minutes for theirs. We had to ask for the large fry which were sitting on the table in the back cold. Before we asked though she was sitting in the back with an iPad and rolled her eyes again. When she got the new fry she grabbed them with her bare hand and put them in the bag. Just a bad experience someone needs to talk to the staff there. There was also only 3 people working so it could be short staff

Food is always good. Service is always efficient too. Not always the friendliest. Not as clean as it used to be.

We went there this evening and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals. We waited over 25 minutes, and our food still wasn't there. We went up to the counter and the employee had to ask the kitchen where the food was and it been placed on the warmer for quite some time and not brought out. We asked for our money back and went to another place for supper. For this time of the night, there were multiple tables that had not been wiped off. Extremely disappointed as there are so so many places in town to eat, particularly on a Sunday. Probably it'll take a lot for us to come back.

Slow. Disorganized.

Waited in drive through for them to even take my order for a good 10 minutes with only 2 cars in line already at the window. Proceeded to the window and this lady just took the money from me and went to put my order in a bag but decided to just throw it all in there and start talking crap to her co workers and proceeded to hand it to me very rudely with the bag crumpled. Called the manager and all she told me to do was leave a review so here I am

Also they gave me one piece of chicken. My chicken is cold. And my ranch is spilt in the bag! What a great night

The people who work at this, Dairy Queen, make it phenomenal. Despite Dairy Queen, discontinuing the s’more shake, The staff here go above and beyond by using their cool treat expertise to concoct them from scratch.

I ordered cones in a cup for my kids and 2 of them. Had long hairs in them I would appreciate better management making better descions on who they hair that was disgusting

What happened to this DQ?

Took 10 minutes to even begin our order, a simple order as 3 ice cream and we can't even comprehend? Proceed to wait 15 minutes as the people in front of us had to walk up and ask about their to go order🤨😮 the lady threw the receipt in the trash as all the stuff is sitting there waiting to be served 🤨 processed to wait for my ice cream … walked out without ice cream.
