Every time I order it always takes them a ridiculous amount of time to make and deliver the orders. I ordered earlier this week a delivery it took them about 50 minutes to make and deliver my order. Then I ordered a pick up order today placed it 30 minutes ago got to the store for them to tell me it isn’t even started and I will have to wait as they have other orders. This is getting out of hand can’t even order ahead because it won’t be done when you need it by!

I ordered a delivery at 4:23 pm for 2 original sandwiches! A number 2 and 4 both with cheese xtra mayo no tomato add pickle, onions cut 1/2. I received my order after waiting 25 minutes for it went to eat it and wasn’t cut in half like asked, plus the #4 has no onion and had oil vinegar and oregano! I called the store to express my concern and explain that the sandwich ordered isn’t the sandwich that was delivered the staff member then said he had to speak to manager spoke to the manager and said you are more then welcome to come to store and get ur sandwich fixed I explained the whole reason I ordered delivery is because I wasn’t able to come to the store. He then put me on hold for like 2 minutes come back and said okay we will remake it and deliver the new sandwich! I said thank you I am so sorry and what not! I have been currently waiting for my ONE sandwich remake to be delivered now for 45 minutes it’s currently 5:38pm! And Still waiting! I don’t know why us customers have to be so sorry for OUR food being messed up but then get terrible service on top of it! This is ridiculous I don’t understand! There wasn’t any I am sorry there wasn’t any acknowledgment that my order was messed up and that my delivery is insanely late! I am extremely disappointed with this service! Love jimmy johns wish this would get figured out!

Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill. Ordered a sandwich from them this morning., and they voided my transaction after they apparently called me 3 times and then cashier continued to argue with me about me not receiving a phone call then told me I would have to pay again because they messed up.

Last week I ordered a Caprese Pesto and asked if they could do ham instead of salami.. no problem.This week I order the same exact sandwich and I waa told that they couldn't substitute. I told them I ordered last week and their was no problem. Then a young man came on the speaker and said it would be $4.00 more to do that. WHAT???I'm a frequent diner at Jimmy Johns but I think my money is better spent where customer service matters.

Always fast like they advertise. Food quality is fairly consistent. Portions are fairly consistent as well. I usually order with the app and pick up in the drive-thru. I like their fudge brownies. Worth trying if you like those generally.

There is absolutely no consistency in this place. You order mayo and oil and vinegar on your sandwich and you hardly get anything so the sandwichs dry so the next time you order extra and your sandwich comes sopped and gooshy and uneatable. I'm done with this place. Obviously no one is getting trained properly.

The food was deplorable. The turkey on my sub was shredded as if they put all broken pieces of meat onto my sub , the lettuce had discoloration and the sandwich was flat as a board and not to mention the sour turkey itself. This place needs to be shut down immediately. $20 for a sour sub. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & DO NOT RISK YOUR HEATH the employees here do not want to work there and it shows through their food.

I am 76 yrs old and I had company from LeMars. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3cookies. When I opened it, it had two sandwiches and two cookies. So I called them back and told them about it. The manager wanted to argue said the person that sacked it said she was sure she put 3 sandwiches in the bag and two cookies. He indicated that I was not truthful with him but the worker was. when I insisted I only got two sandwiches and two cookies but I ordered three cookies do you want me to send the sandwich and charge you for the third cookie?Do you want me to bring the sandwich out and then charge you for the cookie. I said I should get the cookie free for your mistake. But instead he wanted to sit and argue.So I wasn’t sure whether it’s gonna get it or not. So by the time they got done. Everyone els was done eating. I will not be doing any more business with this place anymore. It Was very embarrassing . Talking on the phone in front of my company and arguing that they didn’t send a sandwich as I had ordered !He finally after two or three calls he did send the sandwich I Never talked to anyone so rude that works as a manager.
