The ladies that were cashiering were absolutely amazing. It was my kids first time at KFC and they made it a memorable experience for them. As a single mom, I appreciated that more than you could ever imagine! This was May 15 2024.

Today was the worst, my order was wrong and one of the chicken pieces had 1 inch long cooked feathers on it and my coleslaw was placed in the box with the hot chicken:( warm coleslaw awesome, from this day on I'll never go back, farewell Yankton KFC.

Ordered fill up box, 3pc w/fries, didn't get fries, got mashed tators n gravy. Fries in box were cold. No honey or butter for biscuits. Ask for hot sauce, got none. $3 for med pop, ridiculous!

Went in around 7pm to pick up a bucket of chicken and coleslaw. My order was taken immediately. Then came the long wait. A woman came in right after I placed my order that had ordered online. I felt sorry for her, she had an even longer wait than I did. At one point I looked over at her and she had her head on the table and looked like she was taking a nap. It was ridiculous how long it was taking. It wasn't that they were short staffed, I counted 7 people working that I could see. Could have been more back in the kitchen but not sure. Seemed to have enough food available, it was just the boy boxing up the orders moved at a snails pace and looked like he was working on multiple orders without completing any. Finally a woman on the kitchen side said my order was boxed and ready to bag and that he needed to get it out, but he continued to just putz along. She ended up coming out and bagging my order and giving it to me. The online order woman was still waiting for hers as I walked out the door. So much for their "quick mobile pick-up kiosk". He either needs to pick up his speed or find a different job because he wasn't worth even minimum wage.
