Horrible customer service! Wait time to get service 32 minutes and 42 seconds, after meal got to the table 12 minutes to get water and drinks and 22 minutes to get someone to pay!!!! Worse service ever!!!!!!

We will try it again but they gave me the wrong drink, my wife got the wrong sandwhich and had i not checked the bill before paying, I would have paid for the table next to ours beer (I wasn't drinking).

Went there for brunch on a Sunday and the food was very delicious and just the right portion. A band started playing at noon and they were fun to listen to, and we could still visit at our table because they weren’t too loud.

Food was tasty but overpriced. Portions were much smaller than expected for the price paid. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was good but once the band started playing at noon it was much more difficult to hear/converse inside.

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza slices for me and my son. The waitress even repeated that back but brought us supreme pizza then ask oh you want me to put a new order in. Yeah duh I want what I ordered. Then the special was 50%of for fathers for Father’s Day but didn’t give my husband the 50% off. Services was also slow!
The food was fairly priced and there was a nice variety. Our server, Lucky, was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. I couldn't have asked for a more competent and pleasant server. She took care of our huge party of 20+ people. Drinks, appetizers, entrees, more drinks, etc. Not a single mistake, not a single delay, absolutely the reason for my high marks for Service and Atmosphere. Thank you, Lucky, for being so good at your job. So calm and accurate while the swarm of requests were piling up. If I could give 10 stars for your service, I would.

The prime melt was amazing but with that being said I've never seen such unorganized service in my life and I've been in hospitality management for 20 years on the service side and the bar side. The bartender who seemed to be the manager or owner had no business being behind a bar couldn't pour a proper tap couldn't hold the bottle properly to make a good pour also couldn't multitask well. They have a beautiful atmosphere if someone would play quarterback for the staff and get a proper bartender this place could be stellar. This is way too nice of place for this many errors. I also watched you guys lose 15 guests while I ate cause of poor hosting they just left. I also watched the staff to see if you might be running short but with proper manger you guys would've been fine just busy.
