Everything was great! They had reservations convenient by allowing me to request online. The service was spot on. She checked on us at the perfect times. We were never waiting on her or bothered by her. The prime rib and ribeye were both perfectly cooked. All parties were satisfied.

I'll keep this review short and get right to it. My wife and I ordered burgers. I was asked how I wanted mine(well done). My wife was not asked how she wanted hers. Her burger was quite pink in the middle but we didn't notice until half way through the burger because it was dark outside. The staff addressed our issue by asking if we wanted another burger or a refund. We had already been there for a long time and decided on the refund. The waitress then said to us "I can only refund half of the price since you ate the fries. If I do full refunds my manager will yell at me". So instead of just fully refunding us she decided to try and illicit sympathy for her screw up. Mistakes are ok but making excuses and not owning up to them is not.The tater tots were good though. Their drinks taste like pure syrup if you get a fruity one and water if you order something straight.
Just a warning to all. It's not worth going if you are boating and don't have a slip. They have no courtesy docks. Employees are uninformed.

We loved this place in the past. Would come in after boating for lunch and supper. A couple times a month. Don't know who the genius is that got rid of the courtesy dock, but that is probably losing you a few customers. The dock always had three or four boats tied up when we would stop. I would suggest reserving a few spots for customers. Maybe 1 hour parking. I would even pay a few dollars to park while we feed the kids. I'm not willing to park way over on other side of marina or load and drive over. Sorry you may have lost a customer.
