We love Minerva’s food and service, I especially like the variety on the menu. I love the champagne chicken. Our server, Chelsea was attentive even though she was busy. It’s always a great dining experience!

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and TVs

Parking: Plenty of nearby parking and a drop off area.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter and drop off is easy.

After we ordered we didn’t see our waitress until she brought our salads. It took 15 min to get our salads, we had to ask for our bread, then our meal came within 5 minutes so we rushed through our salads to eat our meal while it was warm. We had to flag our waitress over to get refills on drinks. The food and service seems to get worse every time.

All of our food is brought out at once salad appetizer and meal. We never get refills on Iced tea because they are always out. And they were also out of bread. Shouldn't have to ask for refills especially for water. Also was not asked if I wanted a salad with my dinner. Overall the food was good that coldBecause everything was brought out at once.

We came here for Mothers Day and made reservations a week in advance. Get here and get seating in the banquet room, ordered within 15 minutes then waited an hour and a half for our food. Then were told they ran out of the dessert, so had to choose something different. Waited another 30 minutes for that. I get that they are busy on this day but for heavens sakes.. thats why people make reservations! Dont plan anything for after cause it will take 3 hours to get out of here.

Sat at the bar after a long day of clinical. Super kind bartender who was very prompt with all our orders! Great tasting nachos and gave us complimentary bread and butter during the wait! Definitely will be eating here again!

Wanted to eat at minervas and it’s usually good but sadly they closed at 8:45 on a Friday and f you can’t count on a restaurant having descent hours don’t plan on going. Don’t think they are long for this world I see them closing soon

I realize it is a Monday and we went in an hour before close, but I don't believe those to be good enough excuses for the quality of food that we received. It took quite a while to receive our entrees, forgivable considering the timing, but when we finally received our 24$ and 20$ dollar steak frites dishes (one was a Mardi Gras inspired special) that we had ordered at a medium rare, they were bordering on super well done. The edges were crispy, the fries were overcooked, and to be honest, the flavor of the Mardi Gras special (basically just shook some Cajun seasoning over the "frites" or shoe string fries) made them taste like pringles pizza flavored chips. We were offered compensation firstly in the form if a "free dessert" which we declined. Then they took off the cost of a glass of wine and a 20% discount. Which was fine, I suppose. The service was decent enough. I would like to give them another opportunity in the future but am rather hesitant as I had such high hopes.
