Unfortunately any time we come in here the service and the wait times are absolutely atrocious. It takes us over an hour to get our order after ordering and they do not even bother to refill drinks. I ask for a simple request (side of ranch) and I get a complete attitude from the manager. 9/10 times something is wrong with the bill and they argue to fix it. Unfortunately if I ever come back to Perkins we will only be coming to pick up bakery. This will be our last time dining here.

Only one waitress on staff for lunch rush. She was good but over extended. So only got 1 drink no refills. She put the order in that took well over 30 minutes to get and the burger was so over done it was hard but I didn't know that cause I had to get it to go because I was out of lunch time. Waitress was kind enough to give a small discount t for inconvenience but she shouldn't have to if management would manage better scheduling. Train your cooks better as this is not the first time I've received food like this. But it sure will be the last time.Parking: Lot was covered in ice. Unsafe to walk in most places.

Waited for 5 minutes at the front door with 3 other patrons before a waitress came to seat us. Told us all to take whatever seat we wanted. We proceeded to wait while they waited on people who were in line behind us.....we got up and left...
