The problem isnt with the subway but with their delivery. If you order subway through your app don't get a drink because you will probably just get an empty cup and still be charged for it. I really dont understand how this could even happen. I called the store and they said it was doordashes fault for not opening my food bag and filling my cup but I feel like this is a really terrible way to do business. I guess ill have to just get my subs from jimmy johns from here on out. Atleast I get my entire meal when I order delivery through them

Usually the prep time is quick, but a new employee was being trained. No hurry for us ,the young lady was doing a great job training . Our

They absolutely never ever make my simple sandwich correct and I'm so over it, all they do is stand around and talk or just stare off and on top of that I witnessed hair fall into the food. Disgusting.

I ordered online and my food took 15 minutes longer than it said on the app. Upon my arrival, the building was fairly full with customers, and a man (gray beard and glasses) behind the counter was yelling at pick up order customers to not stand by the pick up area. He yelled at me when I checked to see if my order was on the shelf. He said that they had been busy since 11am and still were busy, and couldn’t I see that. He very sternly and in a loud voice to wait my turn. He is extremely rude and many customers in the store were discussing his behavior. I highly encourage that he receives some customer service training. Not sure I will ever return to this location. Jimmy John’s up the street will be now be my go to.

Tonight we came in a rush, and even though the line was moving, our wait was much shorter compared to past visits. The guys behind the counter, Eli and Bobbi, were amazing! As things started to get stressful, Bobbi really stood out—working circles around the others and keeping everything moving smoothly. Thanks to their teamwork, food was getting off the counter quickly and customers were taken care of. Excellent service tonight!

Made an online order, while waiting in the store I noticed the 2 employees making the sandwiches must have been sick. Both kept rubbing their runny noses on their gloves while making the subs 🤮. I canceled my order and left.

Ordered two meals in drive-thru, opted for the cookie option. Got home, there were no cookies in the bag. This is the second time I've ordered from this restaurant and not gotten cookies/chips or some part of my order. The crew and management need to take customer service more seriously.

Horrible employee didn't care to help me or not. Went through the drive thru and here is a kiosk with no instructions as to what you were suppose to do. First I would not scan my card at a kiosk outside and unattended for hackers to put a card skimmer on. Stupid way to handle lazy staff. Went to the window and an employee came over and asked if I needed help I asked if I could get chicken wrap. Employee stated I don't take orders at window you have to use the kiosk or come inside. Then she shut the window. Will not be back. This is a good example of today's poor customer service.

My favorite part about Subway drive through is the fast touch screen menu feature. I go through drive through when I'm in a hurry and this option is so nice. Unfortunately, I got to the window to pay and pick up my order, and another vehicle was in front of me. I waited over 5 minutes for them to move on. Then I'm finally able to get my order. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes or so only to get someone else's order so I gave it back to them. They hadn't even made my footlong toasted ham and cheese. That's it, that's all I ordered. Over 10 minutes of waiting now, 2nd attempt to provide me my order and got a 6 inch, paid for footlong. 3rd times a charm, right? Nope! I got 2 sandwiches and it was the old 6 inch plus a version of a 2nd 6 inch. I waited forever and got the excuse they were busy. Yet there were no cars in parking lot and 3 people make sandwiches for 1 other customer inside. If that's busy, then I wonder what slow looks like? Highly frustrating!
