They barely gave us any fries even tho we ordered a large. The food took forever and then was still cold. I'd give them zero stars if I could

Cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Ordered through drive up. Totally missed 1 meal out of the 3 I ordered. Went inside and it took over 15 minutes to fix my order. 6 people behind the counter but only 2 actually working. When i got home 1 of the burgers was still wrong! Horrible experience.

Went to get supper with my mom and ordered 3 burgers, missing 1 so we went in and had them make it. Then we found out both of our other burgers are wrong and got new ones. Soggy buns cold food. 2 people working out of 6.

If you order a jr burger, you are absolutely guaranteed to receive a cold burger. I thought it was cold just when I did pickup orders... nope, did a dine in order and my kids burger was ice cold.

I’m normally not the kind of person to complain, and it’s been awhile since we’ve visited a Wendy’s as they’ve pretty much left Sioux Falls. We had just left a great concert tonight to head back to SF and my wife wanted a burrito, but “The Bell” was closed. This was the closest option. Went through the drive-thru about 930 w/ the wife getting a burger combo and me just getting a bacon burger that came to about $20. total. Biggest mistake we ever made. Neither of us could finish. The fries were horrid and the burgers were downright nasty. What few bites I did take had me belching grease all the way back home. 2 1/2 hours later here, we are both still like “yuck” feeling like we could lose what we ate any moment. The reason I gave service 4 stars (instead of 5) is the kid in the drive-thru was great and courteous, however, he failed to give us a receipt-otherwise I would provide the date/time/receipt number stamp from it. But it really says something about the food when your wife says the best part of the combo meal was her Diet Coke.
Needless to say, this will probably be our (my at least) last visit ever to a Wendy’s (unless it’s for a Frosty).

Saw the commercial for the new sauced chicken nuggets. Ordered the ghost pepper sauced nuggets. They were terrible. No sauce and just devoured in salt and cornstarch. Took 25 minutes to receive in the drive thru. The only positive the nuggets did have a good amount of heat.

The apple pecan salad was great, very fresh and delicious. Plus having a senior discount at Wendy's is a big plus since McDonald's doesn't have one. Plus McDonald's charges for a glass of water. Wendy's does not. Wendy's is my choice.

What a great surprise! We were running late (imagine that!) but wanted breakfast. It was clean, the food quick, AND Delicious 😋 Thank you!
Waited 15 minutes for them to say they forgot my order.

I got the double stack biggy meal and the chicken nuggets were amazing, some of the best in the fast food industry, but the double stack was not as good as remembered. Fries were pretty good too.
They have decent prices on foods
