“First off I love the simple homemade ingredients which is hard to find these days! 1st order I ordered pretzel buns and was told they do not have any. Then I got charged the wrong tax but appreciated that they caught it. Then I ordered hamburger buns and got sandwich buns. Second order, all my items were frozen and they advertise “ made fresh daily”? Not what I was expecting and they should be cheaper if frozen plus I needed them that day. I was told it is the time of the year? Not sure what that means as Christmas is a time of the year we appreciate fresh baked goods as advertised.“

“The best!! Since my daughter's diagnosis she has missed out on so many treats but whenever we come to the city, we make a point of stocking up at The Griffin! The staff is so kind, patient and informative. We appreciated the time they took to recommend and discuss their products. We even got to try some samples. “Bread is delicious and pillowy soft. I like to toast it on frying pan and it gets just a bit crunchy and a perfect brown. Perfect on own or with other food accessories. If you're weight watching, go for the oat bread and the other healthier alternatives available. Kind service, fair price.“

“My husband and I shared the peach matcha and banana cream pie donuts today. Both were delicious!!! The peach matcha and banana had a delicious filling of peaches that wasn’t a sweet jam but a fresh tasting compote like filling. The banana cream pie tasted just like having a piece of pie! Such a great treat!“

“Went for the first time love the cake displays love how the cashier showed us the menu and all the prices. Love the nick nack displays. Got the double scoop ice cream which they did two separate cups. We ordered French vanilla and Blueberry. Little disappointed that 3 of the flavours were sold out.“
