“Usually don’t have an issue with this Dairy Queen but tonight when we went to drive thru around 15 mins ago we were charged for a triple burger with only ketchup when they gave us a double burger with everything on it. They forgot our sauces, and poorly tossed our honey bbq tenders. Definitely not a good experience this time around. Just disappointing
Edit: After Dairy Queen responded to my complaint, they were extremely understanding and the manager worked with me to figure out how to best right this wrong. I wanna give a huge thank you to the Dairy Queen team and their efforts to create a satisfying experience for all of their customers!“

“We came to this Dairy Queen location to checkout and order a few of their cakes for a birthday party because not all locations in the city let you special order them such as the one closest to us. The staff member here who helped us was very friendly and helpful. To o special order a cake from here for a event or party you need to order it 24 hours in advance or you could just grab an all ready made one that they have in the freezer that pretty much any Dairy Queen has. I would definitely come back to this Dairy Queen location in the future. It also has lots of free parking and you won’t have a problem finding a parking spot.“

“I came in around 8pm (todays date of this post). Lady was very nice. When I didn't order a drink, she offered a glass for water. They made fresh, hot food. And even served to me (as it was slow in the dinning area). Very kind and much appreciated. Not so why I couldn't sit where I wanted though. Dinning is open until 10 but most the tables have their chairs flipped onto the table and they had music I didn't care for coming from the kitchen. That's why atmosphere is low“
“Food tasted good! Not a lot of seating option as down eating area was closed. Workers were friendly and place was nice and clean.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, but most burgers can have the meat taken off and replaced with tomato and lettuce“

“This was a short walk from my airport hotel, so the location worked for me. The staff brought my food to my table along with condiments, etc. which was unexpected but a nice surprise. The guy at the till taking orders was a bit glassy eyed and stunned. I wasn’t sure that he was even hearing my order. They are now using tiny little spoons for the blizzards instead of the longer handled ones. The little ones force you to have your fingers down inside your cup as you finish the last bits, and that gets messy and gross. DQ maybe should reconsider this new decision and go back to normal sized utensils.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a guy in a wheelchair in the restaurant who seemed comfortable.“
“Been excellent since day 1 years ago, service is still to this date very friendly and welcoming..never had a mistake made in the orders. And now with having a kid of my own who loves ice cream, we will be around more often since it's the closest to our home.“
“We were delivering our Halloween cookie special to customers in Saskatoon and stopped at the DQ for a treat after a long day! The woman at the drivethu gave our pooch a pup cup and said "you're having a treat so she should have a treat!". So thoughtful. Thanks so much for making our day extra sweet.
