Denny's in Saskatoon

“Absolutely amazing Mama D's roast beef dinner! The roast beef was as tender as prime rib and there were Big thick chunks of beef. The mashed potatoes were delicious, just like Mom's. Everything was so fresh like it was just made, and out of the oven or a pot! Gravy was yummy and they always include some little extra when you get food delivered, which is a really nice touch! Every time I've ordered from Denny's for delivery, the food has been absolutely delicious. I don't know how they do it.“

“Had not expected to eat at Denny's and have as good of an experience as I did.

Greeted at the door by Lionnel our late night dine experience started off with pleasant vibes and a friendly attitude and demeanor.

Lionnel went above and beyond in order to make sure that we were well tended too, and ensuring that our drinks were topped up and that we were enjoying our time in the restaurant. He managed to do this in a way that was not intrusive, over bearing or stuffy either.

Despite our large order Lionnel kept a positive attitude and joked with our table consistently, and he very much made the entire experience that much more enjoyable.

The food itself was exactly what one would expect from Denny's, it wasn't anything really extravagant, but having a large variety to choose from was pleasant. Though one of our mods had been missed by the chef it was fortunately a preference over an allergy (a question Lionnel had made sure to clarify before putting the order in).

My only negative note would be that the chef should keep a better grasp of his surroundings and remember that without a busy dining hall, a lot of what says is able to be heard by patrons of the restaurant.

Overall, while the food itself was not anything mind blowing, the experience and service we recieved was above all expectations.“
