Was in the Assiniboia location today, first off the lady working was wearing AirPods and could not hear what I was saying. I was given the wrong bread I had to ask three times to get white bread not herb and cheese. I asked for turkey and ham if there was turkey on it, it was well hidden. The bread was very very dry . I had to ask for a bag three times as again her air pods were in and she could not hear what I was saying. I used the washroom while there it was filthy. The floors were filthy counter tops were not clean ether. We frequent subway a fair bit and have really noticed the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down hill the past few Months.
