My partner order 2 hashbrowns with her order, and I ordered a BELT combo with a coffee and hashbrown. When we got to the truck we noticed it was short a hashbrown. The worker and manager argued with me that they only charged me the two hashbrowns. I told them their computer input said that my order was a combo and they claimed the computer automatically put one of the extra hashbrowns as my combo. Their solution was to order another hashbrown. They argued very heavily and became really aggressive. I walked out when they kept trying to force me to pay for more hashbrowns. Absolutely brutal customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves

How hard is it to get 2 drinks right... Order a Large double double and Large steeped tea. Get 2 unmarked drinks that turn out to maybe be 2 regular coffee. Sure wasn't a steeped tea...

If there was an option for 0 stars i would. Staff does not seem to care about customers. They are rude, arrogant, and make you feel like you’ve inconvienced them by asking them to do their job.
Constantly getting orders wrong, i orderd a everything bagel. Was handed a plain, asked for 2 black coffee’s with cream and sugar on the side. Had to re call them to the window and ask again for cream and sugar. Worker rolled his eyes and ended up giving me 2 cream and 2 sugar total.
They never have any bagels or croissants in stock, and again very rude. What was once a good tim hortons is now a dive place

Really bad experience at this location. Store should be opened at 5:00am but it was still not open till 5:30am. Very irresponsible staff they should be on time or they should close the store. I have to start my morning without my coffee and breakfast.
