Paid for vanilla in my drink and I never got it but I got billed for it

I ordered two toasted bagels with butter for my husband and I. When I opened them in the truck they were so thickly coated with butter, it was still unmelted and gobs filled the center hole on both sides. Worse, the bagels were barely warmed, nevermind toasted.I wiped as much excess butter away, but the bagel was so saturated, I couldn't eat it.

During a bad snow storm, there's customers stuck in the drive thru. Yet you go inside and they lock the doors. I go to this tim Hortons every day before work. Between the garbage service, messing up orders, this was definitely my last trip there. They will have 10+ people in the drive thru but won't open their doors for customers to come inside.

We'd ordered a oat milk latte and emphasized the "oat milk" portion 3 times while ordering. We found out after the fact that cream was in it. The result was our breast fed infant son with a dairy allergy having blood in his diarrhea.

I usually love this Tim’s and will go out of my way to drive the extra ten minutes across the bridge for the good service. But this past Friday I went and sad to say I left feeling so hurt. I ordered my usual coffee and pulled up to the window to pay, my card declined the first time and that was my mistake, but as I was paying I heard someone from inside say “her card didn’t work haha” and the guy at the window acknowledged him, I asked “who asked if my card declined and laughed that’s so rude” and right away a manager pops into the window “what happened ma’am” I told her and she said “I’ll talk to them ma’am my apologies.” Like no I wanted their name. You can’t report an employee without having a name but they refused to give it to me. They kept beating around the bush as if all of them weren’t just there to hear this guys comment, yet he wouldn’t make any appearance. Super sad experience

Absolutely hands down the worst Tim Hortons I had the unfortunate experience of going to. The lady taking my order from the DT couldn’t hear me for some reason, (no loud truck, nothing loud stopping me, I was right at the speaker speaking clearly into it…) and she still couldn’t make out my order. I went to the window to order, they still couldn’t figure out how to make the coffee right. (XL with 2 sugar) they gave me 2 cream instead. Then completely messed up the order I gave them AT THE WINDOW. Waiting 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Then they messed up the coffee AGAIN resulting in my having to go inside and have it remade. Again.

Hash brown limp and greasy - ordered a latte and a hash brown - once paid - handed hash brown and told to park and coffee will be delivered - no car behind me at this point - I said I would prefer to wait at window - told I had to move so drive thru time stays low - not impressed - coffe came within seconds - what part of fast food don’t you get - it’s not about drive thru times it’s about customer service

Frantic staff, cold wrap, scanned my app on a $32 order server didnt communicate that it didnt scan, got upset and gave me my food. Food was cold and missed out on $32 worth of points.

Ive witnessed staff picking up a food item off of the floor and putting it in a bag to take to the drive thru window (spoke to manager, they just smiled and said oh ok). Today when i stopped in for breakfast my sandwich ingredients were thrown into a bag separately and somehow smashed to pieces. While they served 5 people behind me i sat and waited for them to do whatever they did to my food before carrying it out front. I make a point of being extra polite to fast food workers (fear of my food being tampered). Whats going on with your location? I never post google reviews because its a waste of my time but something had to be said. Figure out why your staff is disgruntled and fix it.
