I’m shocked by the treatment we received. When we pointed out a clear issue with our food, the employee didn’t apologize, offer a solution, or even listen—he simply dismissed us and walked away. That level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. In this case, they showed zero accountability or care. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly caution others about the service here.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I found a metal piece in my sandwich—completely unacceptable and dangerous. This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I’ve always trusted Subway, but this incident was shocking and could have caused injury. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures it never happens again.
We showed the employee, who was working at the time, and he completely dismissed us and walked away! He accused the metal piece of being my husband’s tooth. We immediately threw away our food and left. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of what my husband bit into because when he showed the employee, he took it and threw it away. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

Always parking available, I frequent this location a couple of times a month. I always get a warm welcome and great service. Food is always fresh and the staff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Subway location if you are looking for a quality meal.
