15 June 2025 I am a great fan of subway food but don't know why this outlet employees have issue filling up the rolls. Paid 18 dollars for a combo and my flat bread was literally flat on both ends, it's just lettuce tomato and some cucumber. Come on guys don't be lazy to cut more veges or if your owner is a miser , please sell the outlet to someone else. Thank you
05 November 2025 Again after a while went to get a wrap and the girl is like I am sorry we are out of bread Then why do you even have it opened It's a lot disaster and I stronger believe the owner have some illegal business running behind this or he must be broke. Hire someone who really wants to work please, through these lazy bunch out please

Worst subway I’ve been to. They never have half the menu items. Always have a different excuse as to why. Compared to other subways you get notably less toppings. Half the time nobody will be there til 8 when the sign says open at 7.

They got my order wrong once again.It has happended in the past and it keeps happening. Customer Service doesn't really do anything about it. Rude lady was arguing and denying her mistake with my order. Denied to give me a refund. Shd said if it happens again they will not do anything about. It should not happen again but unfortunately they messed it up again.

The worst service. I came in and was expected to wait for two mobile orders to be done ahead of my order being taken in person. So I wait and there’s no hurry and another employee was there and didn’t take my order either. I was told I could sit and wait, so rude.

The service was good but the place was dirty. Hair and dust on the counter. Tables not wiped down. They also ran out of steak for the steak sub . Lettuce looked brown.

Went to have a sub and everything was empty a few pieces of salami and some bacon. The counter is dirty and she had 0 intentions of cleaning it as she put her gloves on to ask us what we wanted. No hello no nothing when we walked in and waited approx 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged.Bigger sk location.

All the tables & chairs were dirty. We had to ask to have one cleaned. The employee was on his phone. The food cooler covers were open, the floor was disgustingly dirty, the fountain pop machine did not have many choices & the chip cart hasn't been moved to clean under it for days. We won't be back.

Options were always less but with new staff, especially lady, she doesn't know how to make sandwiches and she is all over the place. I didn't like my sub at all.
To be fair it was very busy, 2 employees and one was very new, still being trained. Service was slow and the bathroom needed attending

Subway in Biggar use to be great; it’s sadly gone very downhill. The place is dirty. My chicken on my sandwich was moldy… always low on ingredients, the cooler fridge isn’t even cold, as well as I had to ask to get fresh lettuce. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I'm not sure a Subway has Atmosphere. But the sub I had was very good. I deducted a star only because they ran out of Jalapeno peppers. Otherwise it was everything a Subway can be. Service was fast and friendly, everything was clean and tidy.

The people that work here are not “Sandwich Artists” at all. Subs are always a mess. A fist full of pickles in the middle of a 12” sub isn’t what I want. I shouldn’t have to ask to have the toppings spread evenly every single time. No personality, no appreciation of customers. Just throw it together poorly and collect money. This review is based on several visits, and it’s always the same. I’m done here.

Drove 30 minutes to biggar to pick up subs for supper the people were rude I was trying to explain what I wanted and then the other lady started speaking another language with a scowled look on her face the lettuce was squishy and brown drive all the way home to eat our sandwiches and the bread was hard and tasted wierd wouldn't recommend it
