Pinocchio Pizza & Burgers

Employees were not friendly and unwilling to support uber pick up. So disappointed with this experience.

They havent updated their hours... they say 900pm but apparently its 800pm. So i put an order in for 850.... they sent it at 700. Like if u close at 800 send at 750... unfortunately all the good restaurants are being taken over... customer service not a priority!

I was there to pickup the order, first they asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes and when I asked again for a order after 20 minutes, the guys from the kitchen came out and asked me to wait for more time I want the order or asked me to leave restaurant. There all staff don’t know how to talk with

ordered a special they had posted on their menu and they were obviously upset that we were ordering it because I'm guessing they weren't offering it anymore . instead of just saying no they wasted our money and burnt the crap out of all the buns for the burgers and made all the patties half the size so that they were 3 inches wide and could see through them and then put no toppings . then the fries I can't even explain what they did to them . I've ordered this many times before and this smash burger meal was a 10 all the way before and it day was a -10 . they just lost customers that ordered there constantly.

Ordered 3 pizzas and some garlic fingers at 5:43pm. Told me it would be ready for pickup in 30-40 minutes. Showed up at 6:25pm and they hadn’t even cooked it, apparently there was a “disconnect” between the person taking the orders and the kitchen staff, as the kitchen staff never received the order. Told us they could have it ready in 20 minutes, our kids were already starving at this point so we left very disappointed. I won’t order from them again, plenty of other places in town to order from!!!

Omg, New favorite place for burgers!!! Fries are pretty good but the double bacon smash burger is to die for!!! Next time dine in!!!??

Great pizza in Moose Jaw Fast and great service I recommend this place!

I don’t usually leave reviews on places but my lasagna was the grossest thing I’ve ever had took two bites and throw it out. Wouldn’t recommend

My $28 ham & pepperoni pizza tasted like beer the dough was so old. It was obviously pre-made & "reheated" too, still arrived ice cold. The meat is the thinest sliced deli meat diced up & barely a sprinkle of it on the pizza. Couldn't even swallow the 1 bite I took, complete waste of money.And this is what the $9 appy size onion rings gets you. I'd hate to see what the $5 side looks like.Cheesecake had been sitting in thier fridge too long & had picked up the taste of everything else in there.Burger was ok but isn't a smash burger like they advertise

Went for a smashburger, was really good.

Ordered 13 in ham and pineapple and 15 deep dish pepperoni bacon with extra cheese. Got two 13 in pizzas. We had them correct their mistake and still only recieved a reg 15 in pizza, and our other pizza was cold. Will never order from here again.

Wow!! Not good!! wanted to try something different, I won’t do that again. My family had a couple of bites and threw it out. It made us feel sick, I do not know what is up with the sauce???

Never fails to disappoint

not enough toppings,theres vegetables are spoiled and there work stations where they prepare the pizzas are very un sanitary and I wouldn't recommend there pizza to anyone
