"The Wick" ("the Dick") First time visiting, will be the last time too! Obviously you don't want dine in customers...or perhaps customers in general. You have no chairs or tables for families. We sat at the ONLY table available and you promptly kicked us out as this was a "bar". (We had our 14 year old autistic daughter with us so thanks for making us sit outside in the rain!) You had ZERO other patrons in the restaurant. (no surprise) Just having a few cans of beer in a cooler doesn't make you a bar. So sorry for wanting to sit down and eat at a table...like every other restaurant ever. Owner was rude and has zero people skills. "Poutine" was terrible. $15 for a tiny box of grease! Way overpriced and not worth it. And extra thanks for putting my "poutine" into a bag that had a huge hole in it! (Which you knew) That made transportation almost as hazardous as eating it!! I would have asked for a refund but could tell from the brief encounter we had that customer service means nothing more than "inconvenience" to you. We weren't going to waste anymore of your precious time. I recommend people avoid this place until new ownership, or current owner learns how to cook, clean, serve, show some respect and appreciation for customers and tries providing adequate customer service for a change! Cheers!

We were greeted upon entering. There was no one in the restaurant, so we were able to sit wherever. Our server (the owner?) came and asked us what we'd like to drink, and a couple minutes later our order was taken. Our group ordered pizza and ribs. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time. Pizza was excellent. I can't same the same for the ribs. They were burnt and the seasoning was all in the bottom of the basket as none stuck to the ribs. As others have said anything deep fried seems to be burnt. I don't know if they're not changing their oil or have it turned up way too high. Another customer who came in after us ordered fries and they were also visibly overcooked.

Tried to order gluten free pizza,was told they offer gluten friendly, just vegetables, no sauce, no meat options, so nowhere near gluten free,the goof answering the phone was complete jerk
