The lady always talks to people for way too long. I've stood outside in 46 degree weather in a line of 5 people for 45 minutes because she could not shut up. My ice cream melted before my boyfriend even got his because she wouldn't stop talking. The prices are outrageous and anytime I've gone over picked up on the same health hazard!!! She touched the money/ cash register then your cone. They always grab the napkin with one hand and the cone with another ungloved dirty hand. You MUST wash your hands after handing cash before you touch the food!!! The woman speaks so fondly of her establishment comparing herself to scoops. Mam you are the slower, mam you have much dirtier food practices, not to mention your crazy prices. Spend less time trying to upsell and ons and telling your life story and do your job. Also any of your soft serve special flavours are watery & your soft serve was gritty last week. This is directed to the older woman who is there all the time I believe the owner.

When I went there for a drink, I could not find the price of it. I ask for it and was blatantly ignored, and before I knew it, the drink was in front of me and was charged $9 for it! And the mess in the kitchen was appalling! Garbage everywhere, flies, and dirty counters. I was also declined a double burger! Told that that is insane! Very disappointed with this place. I will probably not visit this place again. I recommend no one visit this place.
Edit: I saw the kitchen through the window and was utterly disgusted with the state. Yes I ordered a burger there! And my drink WAS $9!!
I will not be buying anything there at all with the owners dismissive attitude on reviews.

Fun little ice cream shop with many options. Sizes for some items are quite on the small size. I would suggest seeing the bowl size before you order.

GROSSSS!!!!! This place should be condemned with all the rats and pigeons that have infested the place. The person who runs it is a mean old, crazy lady that yells at kids, And sticks her fingers in the ice cream. Just go to Tim’s right next door

Amazing selection and great service. Lorie introduced me to Affogato espresso (espresso shot and ice cream) and ? pineapple dole. I have tried quite a few different items and have loved them all. Really a great spot to enjoy a treat on a hot summer day.

Ice cream is fine but way overpriced. Paying more than 5 dollars for a milkshake is insane, and then the owner has the balls to remind me there is a tip option. Sorry Lorie, I think the tip is worked in. The owner has licked my cone once; right infront of me because it was “dripping.” Not sure if she was trying to flirt with me or she just got hungry but damn, no one needs to see that just give me my ice cream. From the looks of the other reviews here, Lorie would rather argue with people instead of taking ownership for her mistakes. Greedy and out of touch

Stopped in for an icecream cone and was astonished by the variety of hard and soft icecream and other yummy treats! Service was excellent!!

Lori and food both are equally bad. Problem with her is she fights with people over google review. Remember lori you treat employees so bad, food is awful and your ice creams needs to be investigated. Love reviewing your store 1 star again and again.
