One of the best tim hortons i have ever visited. Finest food quality. Moreover, entire staff is very friendly. They do not rush to serve you unlike other tim hortons.

Even though in rush hours I get my tea at good time.
Staff members are very hard working and pass the food and tea accurate manner.
I get my tea proper time even though enough busy .

I'm not sure making coffee is difficult but my receipt says I ordered a LG 2 Cream 3 Sugar, I had a friend pick it up for me. They dropped of a LG 2 Cream 2 sugar and it's disgusting. I also know who is working because the newer staff don't know me enough yet to not write on my lid. Seriously if it wasn't for the employees who have been there a long time I wouldn't even go to this location. So my stars are 3 for the newest members. 5 starts for the rest!

Never get a cold brew from here. They charge $5 for a drink, put in a tiny amount of regular coffee that clearly hasn’t been cold brewed at all (it was hot when I got it) and try to mix in some foam at the top. The result is that it tastes like WATER and not coffee at all.
Ive traveled Coast to Coast and I’ve been to hundreds of Tim Hortons and I gotta say this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too! Every single time the staff is miserable, lineup out the door, terrible service, no one is smiling, and no sense of urgency or customer service, and terrible leadership. Example: my husband today ordered 2 PLAIN timbits for our dogs she gave us 2 honey dips, he asked for plain, she then proceeded to throw it out with out rectifying it, the staff then proceeded to laugh at him as he walked away. The only good worker there is the elderly lady with a cast on! I don’t leave reviews normally but this needed to be said! This is a shame to Tim Hortans! Oh and the most disgusting Tim Hortans I’ve ever been too! Swear no one has ever mopped that floor or cleaned that bathroom.

Staff was polite, coffee was quick and decent. But while i was waiting i looked around the place. This is the DIRTIEST Tims i had ever been in. There was no actual debris on the floor, but all around the edge of the floor, was a black 2” thick line of grease & dirt that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. You can see where the mop line stopped, i can just imagine what the kitchen area looked like 🤢. The windows hadn’t been washed in ages, looks like spit and spills all over it. It needs to have an actual cleaning crew do a deep clean in the place. Thank god i didn’t order any food. I wish i had taken a picture but my phone was in the car. Stuff doesn’t get like that after a few days, this is months on neglect. I can only imagine how long it’s been since the coffee machines have been properly cleaned.

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. 22 mins waiting at the till for no one to take my order before I walk out. You’re never greeted pleasantly, it’s obvious everyone hates their job (minus the one older lady who makes coffees she’s the exception) the food is never that great and rushed slapped together with no care missing condiments and forgetting to toast bagels. The worst part is the wait times, it’s unacceptable to wait 22 mins at a till and still not have your order taken. Get with it please because most people don’t have all day to wait on a bagel.
