Only reason didn’t get one star is because the wrap was good. The iced capp had a bad flavour in it like it had something extra added that wasn’t supposed to be in it.
Had to wait around 20 minutes for a very small order.
Staff weren’t rude, but not particularly friendly either.
Good chance I won’t return to this Tims.

Friendly services can be a bit slow all in all not bad place to stop for your tim Hortons fix

Very poor painfully slow service.. waited 20 minutes and then finally get to the counter and get told to wait 10 more minutes.. need more staff. Gave us the wrong orders all weekend..didn't want to cause a fuss because there was still a long line behind us, but when your order comes up to more then 25 dollars.. at least we should get what we payed and ordered.There is no supervisor or general manager in!!

IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS ALLERGIES DO NOT GO!!!! Went in just after 3 get my regular order, same as always almost everyday. Mocha Iced Capp with oatmilk no whip topping. It's always been fine, but today idk what happened but it tasted sour and strange but I was also experiencing signs of anaphylaxis. I always mention I have allergies. I had to be rushed to hospital. I could've died if I hadn't gone.

Went to picked up a coffee and a ice cap from canora tims. The ice cap had a very sour taste to it like something was expired or fermented tried to phone to let them know considering I was just passing through but no one answers the phone. I've had countless amount of ice caps in the past but this is the first sour one I've had.

Went in to grab something to eat, 2 hours before closing, asked about if they had soup they didn’t was met with attitude off the bat, then the rest of the time they just were talking amongst themselves looking back and laughing at me while still talking amongst themselves in their language so I couldn’t understand, felt very uncomfortable as I didn’t give attitude back at all, some looks from them made me just want to leave without the sandwich I did get, not a welcoming atmosphere don’t think I will be going back, I shouldn’t feel like I am interrupting their day by going into this establishment. I give those 3 girls working around 4 pm negative stars for this experience. I still said thank you and have a nice day but met with a “yeah” after saying that as I left is not ok then talking quieter and still laughing behind the till not cool.

Have mobile ordered food as a group many times and never got the food i ordered, then they say they don't know how to refund, message the corporate people and they say they have to refund in store. But i guess cant expect much more than that from any fast food places anymore. Either make your mobile ordering work or just shut it

The service was horribly slow today. The tables were filthy. Someone asked for their table to be cleaned and she did it but all the other dirty tables she didn't even bother. The workers were too busy talking with each other than serving customers
