Have mobile ordered food as a group many times and never got the food i ordered, then they say they don't know how to refund, message the corporate people and they say they have to refund in store. But i guess cant expect much more than that from any fast food places anymore. Either make your mobile ordering work or just shut it

The service was horribly slow today. The tables were filthy. Someone asked for their table to be cleaned and she did it but all the other dirty tables she didn't even bother. The workers were too busy talking with each other than serving customers

They had no toilet paper, and the other bathroom was closed. They cleaned their iced capp machine at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday. 1 in the afternoon!!!!

First visit since 2019 was yesterday...I'm glad to report this place is just as messed up as it was 4 years ago. I got tired of waiting and just left.This is the worst Tim hortons in the world from a service standpoint...but they make the best coffee...And the staff seems like they’re a bunch of sarcan rejects.Soooo slow, weird hours,
I stopped just after they opened this morning and they had No muffins, No doughnuts, so I asked for a breakfast sandwich and I was told I could only get coffee! I left with nothing.

I hope Harmony never quits. She's an absolute peach. Always appreciate having the way I like my coffee remembered. Also some big changes I noticed and staff seems to be a lot friendlier and they're open on weekends now! Thanks for being a part of this community. Helps the daily grind be more bareable.

They are never open. I can not believe the franchise allows this to happen. I have never seen a Tim Hortons closed Monday to Friday. Absolute joke. The owner should either fix this issue now or close it permanently.
