Cutest little small town bakery I have visited in a while! Unlike lots of municipal businesses and bakeries, Carlyle bakery had more than one staff member, and both gave lovely, personable customer service. The fresh baked buns and cinnamon buns I purchased were taken home to Moose Jaw and shared with multiple friends, all of whom absolutely loved them. I will be visiting everytime I travel through Carlyle. Thanks ladies...you're outstanding!

Delicious cinnamon buns and all sorts of bread products including raisin buns, Kaisers and perfect hotdog and hamburger buns. They also serve sandwiches on one of their freshly baked rolls along with a generous bowl of always good soup.

We arrived just as they were taking the buns out of the oven. WOW! Simply the best I've ever had. These are not the ridiculous mega-style rolls that are floating in icing that you find at airports or malls, but rather the perfect mix of ingredients in manageable portions. Great place to sit and chat and the coffee is great too.
Haven't been here in over 10 yrs due to no longer visiting the area; however, purposely made a detour on return trip to Ontario, last week, just to get some cinnamon buns from Carlyle Bakery ... so glad we did. Enjoyed them on the drive bake, shared then with company this past weekend (said they were the best ever) and am now sitting here enjoying with afternoon tea. Will be so sad when they are all gone; should have bought more ... sigh. They are so perfect ... right balance of cinnamon, brown sugar and yumminess - no raisins yay!!!! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself.

We're from Winnipeg, MB, and we LOVE baked goods from Carlyle Bakery!! We just brought back 2 packs of cinnamon buns and 2 loaves of bread home, 'cause you just can't find tasty baked goods like that anywhere! 😃🍞
