I couldn't even eat my burger with my hands because it was so torn apart they might as well have gave me it in a bowl mashed up with a fork to eat it. thats the only thing that I ordered because I asked for 2 but they only got 1 on the order with onion rings which were overcooked with only half a container

It's fast food, not healthy food - but it's fresh and served with a smile. Staff are friendly and quick, dining area is bright and clean. Washrooms are small, but also clean.

Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. All the workers including management was overly rude and couldn't get an order right to save their life. They talk about/make fun of all the good paying customers in a different language right in front of them. So awkward and all around a terrible place to eat.

10%-25% of the time one of the orders are wrong in someway.For example paying extra for onion rings and getting fries, or saying Oreos and cream cheese blizzard and getting the dark chocolate special Blizzard.Also fast food in general is same price as going to a restaurant.$50-$70 for 4 peopleStaff seem good and usually not super long wait times.

I’ve been through the drive thru couple times and my orders have been a headache. There would be very little food or really messy. I got a chicken ranch wrap and small poutine, the chicken ranch wrap only had half a chicken strip with WAY too much ranch and all the cheese was at the bottom, oh and it was squished. The poutine had a lot of cheese curds and almost no gravy, was very dry. That’s just one of my orders, don’t think Ill be going back
