Overall things were fine. The main thing being that the server spilled a beer on the table splashing everyone, and though she was apologetic didn’t even offer to comp our appetizer. It then took over an hour to get food, which wasn’t the biggest surprise considering it was busy, but it did take over 45 minutes from when our first item arrived for the server to ask how our food was, to which I had to point out that someone at the table still hadn’t gotten their food yet.
Overall a rough night. A free appetizer could have gone a long way when we started the evening being covered in beer.
I also wouldn’t suggest the spicy cactus fries, some were fine, and some were coated in the spice. It was a dangerous game.

The food is amazing, but the service is atrocious! Be sure to provide the server with your entire drink and food order all at once, because after the food and drink arrive, you won’t be asked if you want anything else. How does a bar make money if drinks aren’t refilled?

Just left the restaurant after 25 minutes of waiting and having NO ONE come to us. Not even a glass of water. One of us went to a server and asked and they said someone would be there shortly and we still waited. We left, off to find another lunch place with our crying, hungry kids. Definitely a bad first experience, won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Horrible staff. Continued to serve others after telling us it was last call. Told us we couldn’t sit down but had others sit down after us. Then started talk to each other about how horrible it was that they had to cook for us. I’m not even kidding they did it right beside us. To those skin colour caring losers. Find a new job. For your own sake not even mine.
It took over 1.5 hours just to get my food and it was mid at best and it is super loud and there is no privacy, we had four pitchers of water while waiting for our food and had to ask for them as they came and took our orders and never came back other than to give us our food I would not recommend.

I love the food and being here with friends! The wings are to die for and I’ll always come back.. but the service is horrible. We sat outside, took 20 mins to be acknowledged, 45 for our order to even be taken??? They need to hire more people, this is very popular place so accommodate and hire more.. I’ll still be back cause the owners an absolute gem and the foods amazing but still frustrating
