If I could give zero I would. There was nobody present and hotel closed upon arrival. Contacted phone number and no answer until I sent a text message. They then said they would be right there to check me in. We waited half an hour and they didn’t show up. We went across to the other hotel who told us they live in Regina. I then sent a text message that I wanted my money back as they already charged my credit card. They then called me and said they thought it was booked for the day after and that was their mistake and would refund me the money. I still have not been refunded my money. I’ve disputed with my credit card. On another note the hotel across the street was amazing and saved the day.

We order pizza as it was BOGO half off.never had their pizza before so I'd thought I'd give it a try. Order 1 large all meat and a med all dressed. Well I got over charged. The pizzas were not fully cooked. The all meat pizza had cut up hotdogs on it. Like who puts hotdogs on pizza. Just terrible pizza.

My husband, daughter and I had gone into this restaurant and looked at the menu, we couldn't find anything that we would like to eat...Because we very seldom see anyone eating there, I would change the menu, to include great well prepared Canadian cuisine..Being in such a small community your food has to stand out as better than most..

I first called the restaurant at 5:57pm to inquire as to what time they closed and for menu options and prices. I received a text message from the owner instead saying he was on the phone and to text him instead. He answered my questions (including that they were open til 9pm) and was advised that I would place an order shortly. At 7:10pm, after a few attempts via text and calling, he accepted my order for pickup (by phone) and told me 25 mins. When my daughter went to pick up the order, the restaurant was locked and dark. Several more attempts to reach the restaurant by phone, the owner then mid-sentence disconnects my call, doesn’t answer again and texts to say he’s on the phone “with the guy”. My daughter in the meantime tells me that eventually “the cook” comes out, and tells her (while smoking in her face) that they aren’t making meals tonight because the owner is in Regina and never brought groceries out(?!??). I texted back to the owner with this information who advised they had a car issue and won’t be attending out until the following morning, and then advised they had one other food option to offer (chicken fingers/burgers instead of pizza). By this time, it was 8pm!! I had inquired (via text) how any of this had occurred (why he said they were open or accepted my food order if he knew my order couldn’t be filled (starting at 6pm) and without communicating any hesitation. Besides being told “sorry about that” multiple times via text, there was no professionalism in how this was handled, and when I shared my displeasure (via text since no one would answer the phone), I was left with no further response. So disappointed by this whole fiasco.

Don’t waste your money! I would rather sleep in my car. The hotel room had no flooring, it was just plywood!! The stairway going up to the room had a huge whole on the platform that I could easily fall through. We asked for our money back and they agreed but it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen anything yet. I’ve talked to him 3 times and he keeps saying he will refund me but nothing.

Stay away from this place. I came for lunch and ordered a kiessel rueben sandwich with a side order of Greek wild fries. Let me start by telling you what the menu described: the sandwich is layers of corned beef on marble rye, Swiss, grainy mustard, and sauerkraut. The fries are homecut with tomatoes, onion, feta and Greek spices. Sounds delicious right… well under the previous management it was. NOW let me tell you what I got! a single layer of shaved deli meat (think budding brand) processed cheddar, yellow mustard and plain coleslaw on a what I can only describe as wonderbread brown bread, and my “side” was a whole other meal of fried chicken sandwich with some orange sauce and kimchi that came with French fries. There was so much wrong with this I was next to speechless. I sent it back and refused to order anything else, they argued with me that I should have known that’s what the Greek fries were and I just asked “what is Greek about that?” And they had no response. Tell your friends, do NOT go here.

I put a review in Aug when we stayed however I cannot respond to the owners response as he's blocked me from doing so. This place is disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Urine in the toilet. Terrible terrible smell. We went into the hotel for less then a few minutes and have been charged the full rate (after the owner claimed he would refund us) Disgusting place, stay in your car if you must. Less then 1 star but unfortunately I cannot review lower.

They are running some kind of scam here, stay away!!!! Very shady, at least four families got double booked while I was there and were sent to a shady house. They also lied about double booking every single person I talked to. It's a trap, please stay away!!

We got a room August 17th. It was the worst place I stayed at ever. There was no tv. The room was very very dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub was clogged and the tap dropped all night. The toilet was dirty and I don't think the bed sheets where even washed. I tried to talk to staff about it but after 8 pm I couldn't find anybody. I definitely don't recommend it.
I've been here at 641 Grill & Motel 2 months ago to drop by after fishing. Taking a sip of coffee and food. There was kind and excellent customer service who served our orders with my family. The food was so tasty and offered me a refill of cups of fresh coffee. She's so amazing, hospitable, friendly, and very professional. It was a Filipina who served us. That's why I gave it a 5-star review before.
But this time, nothing. The menu prices were so high that they were not recommendable for businesses. The server who served us recently is so lousy and doesn't know how to handle customers or how to take orders either. It was so terrible. I asked the manager or the owner to speak up but could not understand. This restaurant is so awful—no customer service, unprofessional, etc. It smells so bad, the utensils are so dirty, and even the food is not tasty. I brought my family here to revisit again, but the atmosphere became ridiculous. Surely, we'll not come back here, and it's not recommendable even to my Canadian family and friends. It's better to shut down. Poor business and service!!! ??

Second visit to the 641 Restaurant and ordered Sesame chicken and Philly cheese skillet.
The Sesame chicken was ok, the Philly cheese skillet was nothing like what the menu described or the pictures from past reviews. We sent it back and ordered a burger which was average, lettuce and bun where past there prime. (And we paid)?
641 was much better for portion sizes and quality the last time we went there a few months ago. The outdoor appearance has not changed, weeds and fake flowers.
I hate giving bad reviews and want small town business to succeed, but if you aren’t interested in customer service to get repeat business and referrals which is what makes your business grow.
If you want people to come to your establishment you need to make it welcoming outside as much as the menu inside which I know takes dedication and hard work to make any business successful and profitable.
Won’t be back until I see some outdoor improvements then hope the menu has some improvement as well???
