Bathroom was disgusting. Ice machine was broken, pop machine was getting stuck and spilling everywhere, out of ketchup, out of napkins, garbage overflowing, slow service, but hey! Atleast the Punjabi music was cranked.
What a joke, stop supporting places like this.

Extremely slow drive thru, I pulled up behind a guy waiting at kiosk to order, then when he cleared they asked me to wait, in total was more than 5 mins waiting to just place order. Only the one other car on the drive thru.
The restaurant really needed a good cleaning . It was 11:00 , Sunday morning, glass doors were filthy, the restaurant needed a good scrubbing. The order was quick but not hot . Staff were friendly.

On our way to Prince Albert, we stopped by just to buy dozen of snacks for the whole family. I just want to give kudos to MARK ?who gave exceptional customer service among the rest of the crew. When I asked for a drink tray to the lady crew, she just ignored me and walked away! That's embarassing!? so I just waited for a chance for her to notice me but it never happened...till I asked again. While waiting for our orders, It is only MARK who I observed greeting and assisting other customers without any hesitation. Ambiance is not really that good. People come and go and this business is located on a busy and highly traffic road, ➕️ plus the dust from outside. Parking is ? good and lots of space for us to turn our trailers and boat.

Order two chicken buddy burgers..... It was like they took chicken jerky and battered and deep fried it. Most definitely does not meet the fresh aspect that A&W is famous for or the narrative that A&W tries to push very very unhappy.
