I tried to order a classic breakfast but substitute sausage for bacon. I was denied. Ever other location has accommodated this request. I left with just a coffee.

Focus is only on drive thru, and once they finally decide to help someone in the dining room, they are incredibly rude. Both of our meals were super disappointing, will never be back

I went while on a road trip expecting at least half-decent quality. Paid for 2 fries and a teen meal with onion rings, only got one order of fries. They didn't have iced tea, so I ordered a root beer and it was awful, so I got a coca cola instead but that also wasn't right at all. They only refunded after arguing, and weren't going to until I made them. All in all, 20 minutes of arguments and bad attitude. Should've gone to the Dairy queen across the road instead. Very very disappointed in A&W now.

The worst a&w I’ve ever been to. I ordered a chubby blt or whatever it was called and there was no sauce, no tomato, no bacon on my burger and two chipotle wraps and did not receive any sauce on them also. Don’t waste your time. DQ is the better option.

Onion rings were both undercooked and cold. Bathrooms were closed fir cleaning! At noon! There were eldery customers as well as thise with young children needing restrooms. We will never be back.
