The woman ordering food in front of me, whispered for me to ask for a receipt upon placing my order. Thankfully I took the advice, because I was over charged $3.99. The food was also complete trash, and a small packet of ketchup, is .99 cent charge. Don't go here!!! Absolutely ignorant staff too, when they're called out on a simple mistake

Thing I liked about DQs is consistency and we go weekly it seems. This was not that. 4 piece chicken meal was delivered in a small fry box with 12 fries and no drink or dip. When returning to ask for dip was told it would be extra for additional dipping packages. Our meal was almost $40 and they messed up and now want to nickle and dime me for the basics? This DQ makes cheap chiq. They also don't take the app or redeem points. Needless to say we didn't bother with ice cream desserts and recommended others go to the Tim's instead. So disappointed it ruined the meal for us. The only good thing is it looks newly renovated.

Worst customer service. Ordered hot triple chocolate brownie sundae. It supposed to be give with hot brownie . But brownie was very cold. And staff showed no professionalism . No greeting , no thank you.

I was using the single person washroom and had locked the door and someone was able to open the door and not even 30sec an employee opened the door without knocking first or anything don't go here if you have an expectation of privacy in a single person

Just the goofiest DQ ever. Clueless service. Worker tried to pocket a $5 tip from my wife on a $15 purchase. Got the order wrong. No organization going on whatsoever. We weren’t the only ones unhappy. Will not atop at this place again.

It was always a horrible experience in this location. MOST ESPECIALLY that one INDIAN GIRL who seems to love giving an attitude towards the customers. Or should I say if it's a white customer, seems so nice but when you're not you would be treated differently. Why? Just because some customers are not white and not YOUR kind? Since all of the employees there seems to have invaded the place with all of your kind, then might as well hold a proper training at least on how you would work in a customer service industry. Believe me when I say, IF I COULD ONLY RATE YOU ZERO OR MUCH BETTER NEGATIVE AS THAT IS WHAT THIS STORE DESERVES, I WOULD'VE ALREADY DID THAT. If you're not okay or if you're going through something then at least show some decency or professionalism in what you do. You chose that job so you should embrace all that comes with it. Be a better person, it doesn't cost you anything at all girl! You do not have any idea what someone is going through and yet there you are giving all that attitude that no one asked for. I was literally holding my baby yesterday and when I told this girl to not put the strips in the bag she intentionally put it in the bag just to what? Be thankful that my husband made me calm because girl, all my pregnancy hormones are gonna run after your nasty attitude. You should be taught a lesson and all of the workers of that location. Do you all feel high and mighty just cause you're not in the city or just cause you're out of towners?

Sorry, but my order is almost always wrong, I think at the current time you guys owe me an order of fries, a blizzard and chicken fingers-all were wrong or forgotten (through the drive through)The staff is nice, but the accuracy and speed sucks, which is why I rarely come here anymore
