Very rude workers. They gave us the wrong order. We went back, they yelled at us said we were in the wrong. They took our food back from us anyways. I highly recommend not going there very disrespectful.

Their policy to remove the vehicle from the drive thru to avoid their internal “service timer” creates a longer drive thru experience for the customers. The opposite of what that timer is intended for. I am happy to move out of the drive thru if another car is behind me to help speed up everyone but its frustrating to be asked to park and wait for 20 seconds while nobody else is in the drive thru.

Extremely annoying practises followed at drive thru. After placing your order instead of getting total and driving to window they will tell you to hold on. 2-5 minutes later will come back and tell you your total and drive to the window. While this is happening the line will be backing up into the parking lot and the drive thru line line remains empty. The managers bonus is based on wait time so they will pre prep your order before putting it in the system to make there stars look better. 100% sacrifice customer service and efficiency in reality to make it look better on paper. Only location that does it and workers get aggravated when you don't wait at the order mic and actually pull ahead like a drive thru is designed for.

Great Tim Hortons (Night Visit) Really good vibe here at night — calm atmosphere, nice background music, and hardworking staff. The place feels clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Perfect spot for a late-night coffee or snack.
