I made a reservation for 14 people 3 days in advance, when we arrived they were not prepared and had no knowledge of the reservation. Once we finally got situated it took over 30 minutes for drinks and to take our orders. We didn’t have a waitress designated to our table, only time we had service is when I could flag down a random waitress, our bills were also all mixed up.
I went to BP Emerald Park this afternoon to watch the end of the Phoenix open my friend and I only 2 of us in the lounge.
5:10 the golf goes to extra holes and for some reason the bartender turns the game to the super bowl pre show “taste NFL “‘
I asked if we could see the playoff golf until the football started “ no one else In The lounge “

I’ve order twice in the last month and the first time it took them four tries to my order right and when it was delivered it was cold every time. Both my boyfriend and son talked with the manager and he only offered we place a order on a different day instead of them remaking the order, this was his comment each time we told him that our order was still completely wrong.
