I made a reservation for 14 people 3 days in advance, when we arrived they were not prepared and had no knowledge of the reservation. Once we finally got situated it took over 30 minutes for drinks and to take our orders. We didn’t have a waitress designated to our table, only time we had service is when I could flag down a random waitress, our bills were also all mixed up.

Ordered online and was not impressed. Upon pick up we were missing an entire meal. Once we got back to our hotel we were missing additional items. For having everything spelled out on an online order, it's kind of pitiful that we ended up missing a total of 5 item from our order. Do better.

BP's in Emerald Park Regina for supper, We opened the blind a bit because it was super dark in there we sat there for a bit, sipped our drinks after ordering our food and I noticed something moving on the window seal, thought a fly, I look down and it's a big cockroach it squeezed into a crack in the wall by the window, we walked out. Ughhhh that was disgusting.
