They need to help out new staff better... been there twice and both times got a new hire. Wasn't trained very well.. I know we start somewhere, but when you don't get the food or drinks right, some things gotta give...
When our vehicle broke down on a road trip and we waited for a rental to be arranged, Manager Kallie and Hostess Julia accommodated our needs beautifully at the nearby Boston Pizza . We were seated on the outdoor patio at a shady table where we could enjoy the day and their great menu. The warm welcome was exactly what we needed on this unexpected interruption. Our meals were delicious and nicely presented. A huge THANKS to the staff and management.
I don't know what's going on with this boston pizza but its bad. Maybe they're understaffed? The service was really bad. The drinks take a really long time, the food takes even longer. The food isn't very good - but by the time you get it youre just so thankful to have it you dont care. The bacon on my sandwich wasn't cooked. I asked for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and the server acted like I was crazy. Then my sandwich had no sauce whatsoever. The garden salad is a total modgepodge of flavours. Like they've never tasted a vegetable in their life and just threw them all together. Also the bathroom was disgusting.
Boston Pizza is the culinary equivalent of a hotel bar—safe, predictable, and utterly void of soul. It’s the kind of place you end up when compromise wins: a laminated menu with something for everyone and nothing worth remembering. The pasta swims in sauce like it’s trying to escape, the pizza crusts are more cardboard than crust, and the ambiance feels engineered by a focus group. And yet… somewhere between a cheap pint and a greasy slice of spicy pierogi pizza, you realize you’re having a damn good time. It’s not high art—it’s comfort food dressed in hockey jerseys, and against all odds, it works.
You order a triple pepperoni pizza and suppose to look this pic 1 and then it arrives....what a rip off. Make your pics the way you make them scam artists
Absolutely trash. Our fault for giving them another chance after 7 poor dining experiences. It’s like the staff doesn’t care anymore. Service sucks, food hasn’t been good for over a year now and they couldn’t take a simple order over the phone. Don’t bother just drive the extra 5-10 min into the city.
Terrible service on my visit yesterday. Having to request a beverage six times is ridiculous. Food arrives and we've got to ask twice for cutlery. Zac wasn't even close to paying attention. When he'd stop by the table to ask if we needed something, he'd be looking at other tables. We'd make a request and he'd mumble okay and walk away. Twice we had to ask for the bill. The most pathetic dining experience I've ever had at a Boston Pizza.
Dietary restrictions: Boston Pizza is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a versatile dining experience. Whether you're out for a casual meal with family, a group gathering, or a quick lunch, this restaurant delivers on multiple fronts. One of its standout features is the great service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even during busy hours, the servers remain efficient and approachable, ensuring that your dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.
The menu offers a wide range of options at reasonable prices, making it a budget-friendly choice without sacrificing quality. Notably, Boston Pizza is a haven for those with dietary restrictions, particularly gluten-free diners. Their gluten-free menu is impressively extensive, covering pizzas, pasta dishes, burgers, and even wings. This inclusivity makes it an excellent option for families or groups with varying dietary needs.
As for the food itself, the pizzas are a highlight—crisp crusts, flavorful sauces, and plenty of toppings. The gluten-free pizza, in particular, doesn’t compromise on taste or texture, making it a hit with those avoiding gluten. Similarly, the pasta dishes are hearty, and the gluten-free pasta is cooked perfectly.
Boston Pizza delivers on all fronts: great service, delicious food, and a commitment to inclusivity, all at a fair price. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a satisfying meal out.

Had a good experience, waitress was nice and on the ball. But the pizza had a few raw spots in the dough 🤮 pretty disappointing for a $30 small pizza

I made a reservation for 14 people 3 days in advance, when we arrived they were not prepared and had no knowledge of the reservation. Once we finally got situated it took over 30 minutes for drinks and to take our orders. We didn’t have a waitress designated to our table, only time we had service is when I could flag down a random waitress, our bills were also all mixed up.
