Boston Pizza is always a solid choice when I’m looking for a casual spot to grab some tasty food. The menu has a great variety—from pizzas to pastas and appetizers—and the flavors are consistent every time. The staff are usually friendly and attentive, which makes the experience enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes the wait can be a bit long during busy times. Overall, a great place to hang out with friends or family!

Boston Pizza never disappoints! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — the pizza had the perfect crust, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere for both families and friends. Definitely a top spot for a satisfying meal — I’ll be coming back again and again!

Spent over 90 bucks and ordered Mac and cheese with grilled chicken, container wasnt even half full and zero chicken, we live an hour away so there no going back!! Very very disappointed probably wont be ordering here for a long time until theres cooks start doing a better job!

What a disappointment this place has become. Visited on September 18th, right around 5:30pm. Waited at the front desk for someone to acknowledge us. Left after 5 minutes. I noticed on the sign at the front that they now automatically add a 15% gratuity for parties of 8 or more. There's a reason people are leaving without tipping, or in my case - without eating too.
Not the 1st time I've been here and had poor service. Will probably be the last.

Have eaten here many times, everytime their service is slow, or they have weird adverts on the TV about viagara but this was the last straw. Sat down and waited 15 minutes almost FOR NO SERVICE, not even getting my beverage ordered, and I was on a time crunch and had no idea how long it would take to get food if it took 15 minutes and still hadn’t even ordered my drink. More than half of the booths were empty and we got passed by multiple waitresses who served booths around us but not us. I dont mean to draw people away, they need to make changes to their waitresses. and yes we were seated by a hostess. We were blatantly ignored.
