Dairy Queen Emerald Park is decent, but not always amazing.
Sometimes the food is fresh and the Blizzards are made right, but other times things come out a bit melted or the burgers feel rushed. Service can be hit or miss—some staff are super friendly, others look like they don’t want to be there.

The place is usually clean and the drive-thru is fairly quick, but accuracy isn’t perfect and prices feel a bit high for what you get.

Not bad, just inconsistent. When they’re on point, it’s great… but when they’re off, you really notice.

Fries tasted old and soggy. My kids wouldn’t even eat them.

Was excited for fresh chicken fingers and fries after a long drive. Disappointed by re-fried old fries that tasted stale and soggy and sodas were flat. Customer service was good however when going to use the washrooms both needed cleaning and repair. Men’s bathroom had a broken faucet, toilet paper on the ground, urinal out of order, no paper towel generally unkept. Would not recommend this as a stop for your next road trip.

My second horrible meal in a row. This place must be under new ownership used to be amazing now it's garbage.smells like B.O in there bad. And they do not wash their hands!!!!everything these people touch turns to crap

Excellent food and service. Staffs were very friendly and amazing. Great location, ambiance and cleanliness of the store was superb! Love this location and I'll for sure recommend to my friends and family.😊
