Don’t stay here if you want to be acknowledged as a customer with respect. Terrible customer service PERIOD! Natalie is the GM and she was very condescending to me. ignorant and rude when I asked about the pet fee and taxes. I was mortified. It ended up I had to raise my voice to remind her I am the paying costumer and I appreciate to be treated with respect. The first room they put my family and in was FILTHY. It was so dirty I had to go back up to the front desk and ask for a new room. We had just drove 5 and half hours with an infant and I was so displeased. The second room was a bit better but still only surface cleaned. No coffee pots in the rooms. Heater blows cold air. Rocks for flooring in the pool room. Very hard on the little guys feet. Tge hot tub apparently is never working. The WIFI did NOT work once. I called front desk to inquire and they did nothing. They ran out of breakfast on Saturday. The hotel staff all around was not helpful or courteous or accommodating whatsoever. The bedding was ripped and the stuffing was coming out. The TV is tiny. Please, if you can stay somewhere else please do so and save yourself the complete and utter disrespect from the manager herself.

Trendy cafe in a beautiful province.

Rooms were nice (we had a pet friendly room for our two dogs). Breakfast was quite decent for a small hotel buffet breakfast. Coffee and tea always available. Right off the highway so a convenient place for travellers. I lowered to a 3 star because I phoned and spoke directly to the hotel a day ahead to book a pet room only to find when we arrived we had not been given a pet room. Luckily they still had one available or then we’d have had a large issue. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on a cross country road trip. The room was well decorated (I loved the lime green feature wall!). It was also very clean except for a few small flies in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was a real letdown. They had some sad loaves of white bread, fruit loops, hardboiled eggs and yogurt. We skipped the hotel breakfast and went to the local Tim Hortons. Front desk staff was not friendly at check in and check out. Staff is still wearing masks and it was hard for us to understand them.

If you have other options for hotel accommodations in the Regina area take them. The Sleep Inn staff were so rude and unaccommodating it honestly ruined our stay, don’t ruin yours. The guest experience was terrible, honestly the staff could have cared less if we (the paying customer) used this hotel. Might be a good idea for the hotel management to invest in some basic customer service training…offer solutions not excuses, go the extra mile, be courteous! Definitely not characteristics of the Regina Sleep Inn staff. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel.

Sourdough pizza dough is unreal. Bought two and made some pizza for the family and everyone loved it. 10/10 says my son.

Rude desk staff, no hot breakfast - covid brown bag, but no discounts on room price, they should just give a voucher for Timmy’s next door, rooms not cleaned properly, room key cards and wifi stop working for no reason after one night. No coffee machine in room.
