Full honesty. Our work crew has visited this location hundreds of times sheerly out of convenience and are disgusted/ disappointed most of the time. Slow, wrong orders, missing items and horrible service nearly every time. Modern Tim Hortons is a disgrace to the company founded. We're switching to Robin's or the nearest alternative permanently.

I was shocked to find an abundance of flies in this establishment. This place was crawling with flies. There was even a fly in the enclosure with the timbits and donuts. I would be wary to order food from here due to its lack of cleanliness. The person who was handling the change also was making my drink, and did not wash their hands in between.

Staff member was abrupt and we had to advise there were more items in order, then had to repeat parts of order. She walked away while we were ordering as they didn't know how long to warm our products and behaved like we were an inconvenience. I'll order elsewhere from now on, this is the second time this has happened to me, my spouse has experienced the same and my kids aren't comfortable with seeing how we've been treated historically

Extremely slow, people standing around. No one was at the front till for a bit. Meanwhile got a line up waiting with no one taking orders. I saw 5 people, including drive thru person.

When there was covid-19 that time drivers were their heros as drivers risked their lives to put food on their tables. But now time gone, you even can’t park the truck here to pickup food. Shame ! Shame ! Shame
