I used to love going to this Tims as I could avoid the city but after our last few experiences we will be avoiding this location entirely. The food took way too long (20 mins for two wraps), coffee was burnt and all the employees were just completely disorganized. No one had an idea what was going on or who’s food was who’s. Just a mess. Keep in mind there was maybe 3-5 cars in drive thru and 3 people waiting inside to order/pick up.

Not the first time, they usually manage to mess up an order somehow. They do not know how to make a london fog properly, and sometimes when you order a hot chocolate, you get watered down hot chocolate.

Went through drive through and half way through ordering she told us to pull ahead. I said I wasn’t done ordering and after a minute she told us to pull ahead again. When I got to the window I asked if I could finish ordering and she gave me a blank stare and refused to let me finish my order. Brutal customer service
