Emerald Park location: pizza is OK but the online ordering is 100% unreliable. Twice we’ve been sent a confirmation email and show up to pickup the food and they didn’t receive the order or aren’t open ??

Went for supper last night and didn't get my meal until everyone else at the table was almost done their meals and then I didn't get what I ordered . My potato finally came out and it was rock hard and I had to ask for the condiments for my potatoe not happy at all

Ordered food for a birthday supper to take home , 45 minutes away. Got home and dry ribs were burnt, wings were disgustingly( breaded wings soaked in greek dressing) and the pizza was soggy
Have never had a bad thing to say about Western pizza ever, until yesterday.Ordered a 10inch pizza, dry ribs and ceasar salad for pick up. They told me 30-40 mins. I got there at 35 minutes and tried to pay with a gift card. I was not aware Emerald Park had different gift cards than in the city, and the host let me know that. She also couldn't have been more displeased with having to call a different Western Pizza to confirm my order. After 10 minutes of trying to pay, all is said and done and she tells me my food still isn't ready and will be another 5 mins. (I can however see 2 bags up on the counter ready to be picked up). 2 male cooks were refilling their pop - (Yes of course they deserve breaks) but I don't think anyone else was in the kitchen.I went outside to my vehicle for another 8 mins or so, walked back inside and was walked by 5 different times by the same 4 staff members and wasn't even acknowledged.I saw a manager go to the back and I believe saw him put my pizza in the box as he came out right after, gave me my food (which did include the 2 bagged items that had been sitting there for easily 20 minutes already).I also know it was my food because there was only 5 other people in the entire restaurant.Got home. The pizza was delicious - as it always is. The dry ribs were overcooked and hardly even warm at this point. I wish I could have taken a picture because they were leaning towards a shade of black instead of brown, and the ceasar salad was soggy.A very disappointing meal. Will not be back to this location.
