Have never had a bad thing to say about Western pizza ever, until yesterday.Ordered a 10inch pizza, dry ribs and ceasar salad for pick up. They told me 30-40 mins. I got there at 35 minutes and tried to pay with a gift card. I was not aware Emerald Park had different gift cards than in the city, and the host let me know that. She also couldn't have been more displeased with having to call a different Western Pizza to confirm my order. After 10 minutes of trying to pay, all is said and done and she tells me my food still isn't ready and will be another 5 mins. (I can however see 2 bags up on the counter ready to be picked up). 2 male cooks were refilling their pop - (Yes of course they deserve breaks) but I don't think anyone else was in the kitchen.I went outside to my vehicle for another 8 mins or so, walked back inside and was walked by 5 different times by the same 4 staff members and wasn't even acknowledged.I saw a manager go to the back and I believe saw him put my pizza in the box as he came out right after, gave me my food (which did include the 2 bagged items that had been sitting there for easily 20 minutes already).I also know it was my food because there was only 5 other people in the entire restaurant.Got home. The pizza was delicious - as it always is. The dry ribs were overcooked and hardly even warm at this point. I wish I could have taken a picture because they were leaning towards a shade of black instead of brown, and the ceasar salad was soggy.A very disappointing meal. Will not be back to this location.

Order a pick up order last weekend. Truly a disappointment. We arrived there on time only to wait an additional 20 minutes while the lasagna was baking and the rest of the order was under a heat lamp. Took it to our host home only to find that the pizza was cold, lasagna was a true disappintment, caesar salad was nothing to write home about and the wings were overly salted and inedible. Four of us ate one third of the food and threw the rest out. Saved the garlic toast to make croutons!

when first going,was not impressed with the women that sat us down,no idea of the bar,no idea how to mix drinks.big display of different drink,just knew nothing about what we wanted to order.what save the day was the waitress Marie.she was awesome and the food was awesome.need to change the hostess.
Very good quality pizza enjoyed for a family dinner! The service staff was trying hard but ran pretty behind while dealing with our group. All in all though I would recommend this place as the food did deliver!

Unfortunately had a poor experience here. Several of the items on their menu we were unable to order, like the gluten free pasta, for example. We came here because they advertised gluten free food. Overall, service and food was adequate.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly family restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They do not have all the gluten free foods their menu shows.

Prices on menu didn't match what I was actually charged. Waited an hour for my pick up order. Real cold in the lounge. Food was lukewarm. Just not an overall good dining experience.
