Giving this 4.5/5 star as a former employee.Got hired without prior experience. I was struggling really hard at first but the owners (Michelle and Darcy), along with the managers at that time, were very understanding and patient. They walked me through everything and would take time to explain things. Which I now appreciate a lot especially when it comes to the food we sell, what's in it, and how to handle situation like when someone is allergic to something (I am now exposed to a job where they don't train their staff, not even giving an info about their products and it SUCKS. I would've left long time ago if it's wasn't for the tips lol)They also know how to communicate things without making me feel dumb or a burden. It's not unlikely that they said some negative things about me (that can't be helped XD), but I appreciate that they kept it to themselves? lol And when they have to remind or announce something, they don't pick on their fave staff and just talk to them. They tell it to everyone, which is nice bc you wouldn't feel excluded. I have a lot more things to say, but I'm too lazy to type it now XDTo Darcy and Michelle, I appreciate you a lot. Thanks for all the help. Keep doing what you're doing and never change.To the managers, it was fun working with you. Until now, I take all the skills I learned from you with me to survive in service industry. Keep slaying!
