I drove up from Boston Massachusetts on my way up to Edmonton Alberta.
I saw the Boston Pizza and had to try it out.
Service was first class, I was given the WiFi password to book a room locally.
I was asked multiple times if there was anything else . But the pizza and soda but I was satisfied.
Great food Superior service.

Service and quality of food was very poor. Restaurant was not busy and it took 30 minutes to receive two pizzas. Cutlery was not provided until we asked for it. Coffee was ordered and not delivered until we inquired. Caesar salad was ordered without bacon. It was brought after pizza was finished and bacon was included. My rice salmon bowl arrived 45 minutes after ordering. I asked for no beets and they were included. Salmon did not include glaze. Unfortunately, salmon was also extremely raw and I was unable to eat it.

First day in Canada and the manager wouldn't let us have half a shot of Guiness as a tester. What a kill joy. We're the only customers you have in here from 1pm - 4pm and we're going to buy another pint. But you can't let the guy see what Guiness tastes like. Good luck, next time we'll go to the Grasshopper.

I enjoyed the friendly service and great food. I hadn’t had a Boston Brute in 20 years but it was great as was the fries and gravy. The deep fried pickles were good and everyone enjoyed their meal. Great atmosphere and all the staff seemed really pleasant and happy. I’ll be back

To be honest I wasn't expecting much. Came up from the states and needed food before collapsing in my hotel room. Went to a pizza place and got a Thai Chicken wrap, go figure. It was great though. My friend has a gluten allergy and also had good options. Food honestly surprised me.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options
had awful service. waited about 30 minutes to get served and then waited another hour for our food which they didn’t even make. very disappointed as we love coming to boston pizza. we won’t be returning after our service today.
