Poutine! I love poutine. But what do I think of DQ's poutine?... Fries- 6/10 Too stiff and too short. Cheese- 8/10 Extra squeaky in your teeth- so yum! :) But they were in giant chunks that were hard to break apart into manageable pieces :( Gravy- 6/10 A bit too salty and a bit too slimy and a bit too much of it and not enough flavour. So 6.7/10 overall. But their blizzards and icecream cones are great!

You didn't serve enough pecans on my soft serve ice cream topped with tons of fudge that I didn't like and I hated every bit of chocolate in my ice cream, so as a Loyal customer, I felt betrayed, and I even use the DQ app to support the fastfood industry. So, I would like a refund or an EXTRA pecans, instead of ChOColaTE but too late so I want the refund. Thanks

My fiancé and I ordered food for a quick lunch at the Estevan dq location we both upgraded to a poutine with our meals and when our meals got brought out mine was just regular fries so I said no I ordered a poutine she argued with me and my fiancé had to say no she ordered a poutine before she even attempted to take it back She stormed off and they brought back a poutine then the same lady came back and demanded the upgrade charge even though we had already paid and sat down eating she kept demanding the 3.33 for the poutine even though it was her mistake my fiance then went up mid meal to pay this damn charge and now all we are getting is dirty looks from the counter while we eat .definitely won’t be back

Pulled upto the drive-thru with four vehicles ahead of me.... It took legitimately 25 minutes to get two dipped cones... I could understand if the restaurant was busy inside or the cars in front of me had large food orders... But neither was the case, there was also four workers inside? Yeesh very frustrating experience.....
Staff didn't flip a blizzard. When I called them on it per their posted policy, they proceeded to come to the window to yell at me and put me down and tell me off. Incredibly unprofessional. If she did flip it, I wasn't looking at her. In my opinion that doesn't count as flipping the blizzard for the customer. Their blizzard flip policy seems to actually be a reason to yell at customers in the. Drive through. Not cool.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! GOT FLIPPED OFF BY A WORKER! We ordered a small plain cone for our dog, a medium dipped cone and a blizzard , when we got up to the window we waited a good ten minutes and watched the workers standing around and goofing off and when we got our ice cream the medium cone was not dipped so we asked for them to dip it, the worker immediately got defensive and raised her voice at us and charged us for an entirely new cone and put chocolate on both cones even though it was previously stated that the small one was for a dog, my boyfriend asked for them to remake it and the lady got even more defensive, raising her voice more and trying to charge us even more, my boyfriend (getting frustrated) raised his voice back and said never mind we won’t wait for a new one, another worker came over and told my boyfriend to calm down and when we said no and we are leaving he flipped us off.
