If I could leave zero stars I would. Here I thought they would do me a solid, I was told the delivery guy was at the restaurant and that he would be on his way. Then I get a call saying the car is broken, how did he get to his work? Very poor service. Now I know why it has a 3.5 star rating, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I'm not one to complain, but I ordered take-out tonight and i was completely disgusted by the staff. One girl was combing her hair in the kitchen, another was on their phone, didn't even bother washing her hands before handeling orders, i work at a restaurant my managers would have our as*es if they seen us doing that. They messed up on my order and my sisters. Definitely won't becoming back again.

Ordered pizza for delivery, got wrong pizza with different sauce, but today when i called them to redeem the credit on my account, the representative give me the perfect pizza what i want. Although it was very thought to explain on phone because of the poor english skill.

They didn't have mac and cheese, no big deal there. They just substituted, however my gf is a vegetarian and they subbed the mac and cheese for chicken Alfredo without even attempting to consult us. They said that they called us to decide on a substitute for the mac and cheese when they didn't, i even checked my phone history. Im currently on hold and have been since i called 15 minutes ago. Oh also the food had hair in it. Disgusting. Worst pizza hut ive been to.

Probably the best pizza hut experience since the early 2000s. They were very busy but the food came out hot, correct, and cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of toppings and sauce. The crust was soft, not over or under cooked. Very happy with the front counter staff that helped me when I messed up the timing on my online order. We will be back.

No sit-in service anymore. It has totally gone downhill since covid. Delivery is not an option for people who live out of town. We just don't go there anymore.
